Worth strolling along for the views and the history. It is incredible that it has been around for over 2000 years. There are also street performers playing music which is a nice lovely serenade to your walk.

Es un puente precioso, desde el margen del río donde está la Torre Calahorra se hace una foto panorámica preciosa del mismo y del centro histórico.

1stC BC Roman bridge that is definitely worth a walk across and up the tower. When I visited there was barely any water running under which was interesting as it revealed the bases of a couple of buildings where there would normally be water.

Je me faisais un grand plaisir de voir ce pont Roman antique et de surcroit très connu, quelle déception... Le pont n'est pas vilain en soit, le soucis est que pour moi la frontière entre restaurer et dénaturer à été totalement franchie, tout à été refait, particulièrement au niveau de la traversée du pont en lui même perdant dans al foulée tout son charme et perdant tout intérêt.

How many opportunities do you get to walk across a bridge built by the Romans more than 2000 years ago. To be fair, the bottom of the structure still dates from that time but much of the upper structure was redone by the Moors in the 10th century with some repairs and modifications since. But still......let’s just call it the Roman Bridge. Just a simple stroll both ways on the bridge and then a look from the riverside on the south side gives you a great perspective of the bridge and the city on the other side.

I recommend coming for sunset or in the evening as it comes alive with music and romance. Not to mention the lights add something special that you just don’t get during the day time. It’s a great place for an evening walk and people watching. Also, a great place to soak up the history of Córdoba.

Roman bridge is nothing special. We went there during the night and day and it was okay. If you have time walk around, if not give it a miss

Easy walk across the river with musicians playing as you walk. The real advantage of the walk is not so much the bridge itself but the view as you look back of the old city that you get from it.

La visita a pie por el centro histórico de Córdoba acaba en el puente romano. Sugiero recorrerlo y mirar a los lados; ver el molino, los islotes de sedimentos, los pájaros y patos. Y caminarlo hasta el final, para mirar la ciudad desde el otro extremo del puente. Es un espectáculo que merece la pena
