He utilizado varias veces este tipo de transporte y siempre perfecto, tanto viajando en grupo y cogiendo transporte privado como las veces que lo he hecho compartiendo viaje. Fácil de contratar, puntuales, amables.... Perfecto, su transporte es perfecto

Somos un grupo de 5 viajeras que hacemos los viajes por nuestra cuenta.
Este verano pasado nos movimos por Eslovenia y el norte de Italia, en principio nos íbamos a mover en tren o bus pero descubrimos goopti y fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. Los conductores profesionales, el coche cómodo, el precio ajustado y la puntualidad exquisita.
Algunos de los viajes compartíamos con otras personas.
Fue un gran hallazgo, la pena es que no funciona en muchos países.

He hecho un traslado de Cádiz al aeropuerto de Málaga y otro de vuelta. El primero a una hora intempestiva (4 de la madrugada). El servicio ha sido excelente: el conductor estaba antes de la hora en el lugar de recogida, el vehículo es comodísimo y la conducción perfecta. No hay alternativa mejor en precio ni en calidad.

Excellent service. I took the Cadiz to Malaga trip in Spain on Sunday 30/08/2017.
I was a bit nervous as there were no reviews for the Spain branch of GoOpti and obviously you don't want to miss your flight. I did receive a text and email the day before as promised. I had a query on the reservation and sent a message at 22:30 on Saturday night to the email address in Croatia and Slovenia. Inside 30 minutes I had 2 replies (text and email) with exactly the information I requested.
The driver (Jose Manuel D) was very professional, drove safely and was very friendly - willing to chat and make conversation if I wanted. This branch actually has a selection of vehicles – busses and cars (I found out from my conversation!) and selects the appropriate ones depending on the number of passengers. As it turned out, I was the only one travelling at this time on Sunday and the car turned up exactly on time (to the minute) and was a Mercedes. I had a very enjoyable/comfortable trip to the airport with just myself and Jose.
On the subject of reliability, they will turn up even if you are the only one who has booked.
There is also an option on the booking to pay 8 Euro (I think) for insurance and if you miss the flight due to traffic issues you will get another one from the insurance.
Again, excellent service and I would highly recommend it on this route from my experience.
