You or your partner made a reservation through Tripadvisor (Viator) for an 80-minute massage on Saturday, August 26. We sent you two messages on Friday the 25th, through the provider's center to specify the appointment time. He did not respond to any of the messages, nor did we have any news from him on Saturday the 26th, until 8:19 p.m., when he contacted us, with a name other than the one on the reservation, to say that there had been a misunderstanding. That you had gone to another company, where they had paid and asked me for help to obtain a refund. That same person had booked with us, directly by phone, a massage for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday the 26th, but he didn't come, nor did he answer when we called him by phone.
In my response I clarify his mistake, the damage to my company and I agree to make the refund.
It seems that not only did he not like my answer, but he also felt offended for reminding him that we had been waiting for them all day and they had not notified us. So he decided to write a bad review on Tripadvisor, you said it yourself in the conversation we had in the Supplier Center chat.
I think my company has suffered quite a bit of damage by canceling the reservation, without notice on their part. We have refunded the full amount of your reservation, even if another company was to receive the massage. Furthermore, we have to accept an unfavorable opinion from you, which has only caused us problems, because he does not accept his mistake of confusing the company.
I have asked that you please remove this opinion from Tripadvisor because it does not seem fair to me, nor does it reflect the reality of what happened.

Me regalaron un cheque wonderbox para un masaje en pareja. Todo han sido facilidades a pesar de no tener el cheque fisico, tanto para reservar como a la hora de “pagar”. Las instalaciones están genial, limpias y un ambiente súper relajante. El personal súper amable y el masaje nos encantó. Los recomendaría al 100%.

It was amazing! The lady was so skilled, she sorted out all my knots and it felt wonderful. She was also very friendly. Definitely recommend, much better massage than at the Hammams.

Sentimos mucho la situación. Por motivos de salud ese fin de semana estuvimos en urgencias y mantuvimos el centro cerrado. Así mismo, no pudimos ver su reserva del sábado para avisarles previamente. Reiteramos las disculpas y les esperamos en otro momento que vengan por Granada. Por supuesto, el importe de su reserva ha sido reembolsado.

He ido a recibir masajes en este centro varias veces y nunca salgo decepcionada. En esta ocasión ha sido Rosa la que me ha dejado como nueva. Un masaje relajante y a la vez descontracturante maravilloso. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Muchísimas gracias por la opinión y la recomendación. En efecto la combinación de masaje relajante y descontracturante cada vez se impone más. Por un lado para calmar el estrés de la vida cotidiana y por el otro para aliviar y aflojar las tensiones y contracturas que, en muchas ocasiones, ese estrés nos ocasiona. Nos congratulamos de que con nosotros no encuentres decepción y si maravilla. Y por supuesto nos encanta estar en tu top de masajes. 🙏🧡
