Service ponctuel, bon véhicule et sièges enfants. Chauffeur sympathique. Tout est bien allé, nous reprendrons volontiers ce service de taxi.

Arrived exactly on time. Quite driver but very helpful with getting luggage in and out of the taxi. Pre-booked the taxi before our holiday which cost 32 euros from our hotel in the centre of Palma, although our hotel could have organised one with the main taxi company in Palma and that would have cost around 10 euros less. However we had piece of mind pre-booking particularly as on some days during our stay taxis were very difficult to come by, not something you want heading for the queues at Palma airport!

Could not fault them
We had been let down by another company the day before we needed them . booking on line was easy (I’m 66) and our driver was on time and very polite asking if aircon was ok and what music we would like
Driving was excellent we felt very safe
All communication with the company was exceptional keeping up to date with information

Unfortunately, our flight was delayed two hours. Anyway everything went great. A short phone call after arrival at the airport and a Taxi driver was already available.

Fahrer kam 15 später, würde aber via WhatsApp frühzeitig angekündigt. Sitze für meine 2 Töchter 6 Monate und 3 Jahre waren wie vorab gebucht vorhanden. Während der Fahrt mussten wir kurz zum Stillen halten. Das war problemlos ohne Aufschlag möglich.

Seamless transfer

Perfect airport transfer. Transfers to and from the airport were seamless and spot on. Easy to find at the airport on arrival and bang on time picking us up for the return leg. Drivers were courteous and kind and provided the required car seats as required (2yr old and 5yr old). Highly recommend their services.
