The price was fair.
The driver was waiting for me.
The communication was excellent. When I did not get back to them to confirm some details they made every effort to contact me at the apartments.
The drivers were friendly.
Highly recommend.

Super netter Fahrer, überpunktlich und reibungsloser Ablauf!
Bei Ankunft war er schon mit Schild und Name am Ausgang.
Beim Rücktransfer sogar 10min vorher da.

Excellent communication from when I booked my taxi journey to when my flight arrival was delayed 50 minutes. This was no issue & my driver was exactly where they said she would be..
Very competitively priced.
While I did not ask for it, as a solo female traveller travelling late in the evening, it was comforting to have a female driver.
Will definitely be using this company for my return transfer

Gente seria y formal a más no poder. Les felicito por su profesionalidad.
En cuanto me puse en contacto con ellos, me enviaron con total detalle todos los datos (precio, horarios de recogida, etc).
No se paga por adelantado, sino al final del trayecto ( en efectivo o con tarjeta).
Cuando llegué al aeropuerto, ya me estaban esperando con un cartel con mi nombre A la vuelta, igual. Me estaba esperando el taxista a la puerta del hotel a la hora señalada para llevarme al aeropuerto.
Todo se cumplió escrupulosamente como se había fijado previamente. Cualquier duda que tuve, rápidamente me la resolvieron por email.
Quiero felicitar a Miguel Palmer, con quien me intercambié los emails relativos a la reserva. Y, especialmente, quiero felicitar a Juan Miguel, el taxista que nos hizo los transfers, tanto de ida como de vuelta. Quiero resaltar, además de su profesionalidad, su puntualidad, su amabilidad y su disposición para que el cliente se sienta a gusto.
Cuando vuelva a Mallorca, no dudaré en utilizar sus servicios y en recomendarles a mis conocidos.

We have never used airport transfers before but will definitely again! Mallorca taxi hire were excellent in communication. Always on time. Very reasonably priced and even went above & beyond when we left something in the taxi - dropping it off at our hotel the next day for no extra charge. In the end we used them three times during our Easter break (to and from hotel and for a day trip) and were very happy with each driver and car. Highly recommend for convenience, reliability and price.

I always worry when booking airport transfers, will they remember our booking, will they be on time, will there be enough room for us all and our luggage.
Well this company takes all that worry away, always available and updating confirmation of bookings.
Michael even managed to re arrange our reservation when our flights were cancelled .
Friendly drivers, lovely clean vehicles and very competitively priced.
Would highly recommend

From our first contact Mallorca Taxi Car where super friendly, fast answers and really friendly.
The drivers where friendly and all our requests with baby chair and pick up times where answered. They where always at the meet up point minimum 10 minutes early. The cars where clean and the drivers drove safely and the price was really good. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Mallorca

We used this service from Palma airport to our hotel in Alcudia both ways. The service was excellent. We were contacted prior to both rides to confirm and the drivers were always waiting for us in advance. Would recommend and would definitely use this service again. Thank you!
