rude and unprepared waiters. Mediocre drinks for very high prices. they say they have a great selection of champagme but lack some of the great labels (bollinger rd 2008, krug clos des mesnil...). unprepared bottler and incompetent bartenders. I have been a barman for years and I have never had such a low and expensive experience. one of the worst places of my life.

Barcelona has two of the top 50 bars in the world in 2023, but word of mouth didn't seem to be to my taste, so I went to this one. The counter and table seats in the restaurant were separated by opaque glass, and the counter seats we sat at were quiet, relaxing and delicious cocktails.
The atmosphere, cocktail taste and customer service were all as satisfying as a good bar in Tokyo. The price is about the same as a bar in Tokyo.
Incidentally, when I asked if there were any other shops similar to this one in Barcelona, they said there were no similar ones.

Before reviewing, I wanted to read what the place had. I read in reviews: "It seems that the place is so elegant that they do not allow folded Brompton bicycles to enter. First time in Barcelona that happens to me. A shame... we will not return again." I laugh. It turns out that today talking with Alfredo he has reaffirmed himself and has extended it to baby strollers. A shame. Notice to families who want to share a night with their baby over a Cocktail. It's not your place. Ahhh by the way my children are 22 and 20 years old. The conversation has been for dialectical purposes. I leave it noted. Otherwise I won't be back again. Happy 2024.

Dry Martini opposite them, bigger and and very well known in town...and since they know me, since i come to town every 3 months...i was more than welcome... i asked about what may happen with Solange, and I was told Alfredo is not normal, his brother got another club next to, and they dont work together anymore, they split....the club is nearly empty in a daily basis... and sometimes he is very rude with people...and they dont come back..
I dont recommend this bar Solonge bar...
I apologise for this Alfredo, but this went over my expectations...

Très déçue le monsieur devant le bar m'a demandée si j'avais une réservation avant de me dire que c'était une soirée privée. A 20h30 2 personnes dedans et 2h après pareil! J'y suis déjà allée plusieurs fois pourtant je ne comprends pas. En tout cas je comprends mieux pourquoi c'est vide tous les soirs! Au prix des cocktails et vu l'accueil!

Si buscáis experimentar el clasismo rancio de los 90, ser discriminados en la puerta por decision de un portero, y si lo conseguís, una vez dentro estar rodeados de Instagrammers haciendo fotos a los cócteles durante una hora en un ambiente casposo, ir al Solange :D

After visiting Dry Martini we crossed the road 20m to Solange to try some more cocktails

The appearance of a velvet rope is, in my opinion, never a good sign. And so it was with Solonge. We were the only 2 people waiting outside an empty bar at 8pm on a Saturday night. The very pleasant security guard was attempting to garner attention from the powers inside, without success. We left as it was frankly ridiculous and went across the road to Dry Martini. No rope. A warm welcome. Solonge is a great cocktail bar, or perhaps was, there was no way of telling.

This review is misfiled. It is supposed to be the SOLANGE RESORT IN CALISTOGA CALIFORNIA. That's what all of the verbiage is. Don't know how the wires got crossed .

I'm traveling to Spain for my 40th birthday. Does this bar offer music is it ideal for a bday celebration? Its just me and my sister going.
