Hi Callaway, Thank you for taking the time out to write your feedback and we are surprised by your experience given the success of our services since years. We would like to point out, that at Follow The Camino, we spend a lot of time and effort to customize your Camino experience in terms of routes, stay, luggage transfers, itinerary organization, and 24/7 support. And it is only fair that we charge a fee for our services. Concerning the luggage transfer, given the return to normalcy post covid, the luggage transfer suppliers have been dealing with more than 100 luggage transfers a day. Hence, we apologize on their behalf but we request you to sympathies with them as they are trying to do their absolute best. In relation to the issue regarding air conditioner in hotel rooms - please note that accommodations in Galicia do not tend to have air conditioners. Moreover, the chosen route for the Camino, passes through tiny villages which tends to have only 2-3 accommodations available and we provide the best we can given the options. Furthermore, some of the missing signs on routes are simple because of their lesser popularity. In order to combat that problem we have newly launched a FTC mobile navigation app - showing real time navigation to reduce your dependency on road signs.
