The best way to get around that won’t break the bank.

We booked a private driver for our last day on the Amalfi Coast, from Sorrento to Salerno. We wanted to see smaller towns and sights along the way, then take the Train back to Rome from Salerno. Driver (Colomba) was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions of things to see and do. Using the Whatsapp, we could wander and explore different places at our own pace, then she would pick us up where ever we ended up (within a few minutes too).

We had our luggage with us, and Colomba stayed with it in the car the whole time.

She even walked us to the correct train platform, helping us with our luggage.

Cost was very reasonable and less expensive than a lot of other options.

We used the same company from Naples Train station to Sorrento (at 10:30 pm) and it was also a good experience (on time, clean vehicle, and smooth driving).

We did a lot of private and shared tours on this vacation, and i will say that you appreciate drivers that are consistent on the gas pedal, smooth on braking and keep both hands off the steering wheel while talking (without slowing down). Both drivers did that.

Would definitely recommend.

We used Transferelax for return transfers between Naples train station and Sorrento. On the return, we added in a visit to Pompeii. The rates were extremely reasonable (less than many other companies). Communication with Giuseppe throughout the process was excellent. He did not require a deposit but was extremely reliable. His dad, Nello picked us up from the train station and was very professional and helpful. Giuseppe did our return trip, was very friendly and shared interesting information. Giuseppe was unable to use his credit card machine on the return trip and rather than asking us to go get cash, he allowed us to send him the payment through Paypal when we returned to Canada the next day. This company is a smaller, family run business and that is apparent in the customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, driver waiting in arrivals for us and brought us to a very comfortable minivan, driver was very friendly. Very reasonable rates and excellent response times from all my queries. Will definitely reccomend and use again if I'm fortunate enough to return to Sorrento.

We used Transferelax twice during our recent trip to Italy for transfers between the airport and our hotel and then our hotel to Pompeii. There was a lot of traffic on our second journey and we were late to our guided tour of Pompeii, our driver called our tour operator for us to explain the situation and was extremely helpful. She really went above and beyond. I would absolutely book with Transferelax in the future!

Giuseppe was very friendly, dependable, and professional! We used Giuseppe's company for transfers from/return to NAP and our Amalfi Coast Tour and Pompeii tour, which we immensely enjoyed. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to give us suggestions and recommendations. You can't go wrong with them. We highly recommend them and will use them again on our return visit this October!

Giuseppe was an amazing tour guide, very friendly and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend him for any of the tours. Was always very punctual for the times we had set and was also available when we needed transportation.

We had a great time! Giuseppe was very helpful, kind, safe and always on time. He has so much knowledge of the coast and had great recommendations for places to eat and visit. He was always available when he needed him. We were traveling with a large group and baby and he was always accommodating helping us with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend and use his services again!

Giuseppe was fantastic! Our flight got canceled and we arrived later than expected and despite that Giuseppe arrived at the airport on time and greeted us with a big smile. Never came across as annoyed or bothered for the unexpected change in arrival time. We had a great time doing the Amalfi Excursion the following day. We had such a great experience we booked a Pompeii tour with them as well a few days later. He was professional, friendly, had such a great positive attitude. He was always willing to give us suggestions and recommendations. Always quick to respond to emails when I first reached out with questions. Can’t say enough good things about this company. We will definitely book with them next time we’re there which so happens to be this coming October!
