หลอกนักท่องเที่ยว. เมื่อคุณซื้อตั๋ว จะมีข้อความแสดงบนหน้าจอว่าเด็กอายุตั้งแต่ 0 - 12 ปีเดินทางฟรีกับผู้ใหญ่ สิ่งนี้ได้ผลระหว่างทางไปกรุงโรม แต่ระหว่างทางไปสนามบิน จู่ๆ เด็กต้องอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี พนักงานขายตั๋วไม่มีใจบริการใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น และฉันต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก 64 ยูโร จะไม่แนะนำ เห็นได้ชัดว่านี่เป็นวิธีการรับเงินเพิ่มเติมจากนักท่องเที่ยว

Be careful with this company

No change, no reimbursement and no cancellation policy "no matter what". No personnel at the Termini station to explain tourists how to get a valid ticket...the busy Trenitalia employees were not happy to do so. I bought a ticket "Airport to Rome" instead of "Rome to airport" by mistake on the internet and while a Trenitalia employee told me that it is ok just explain to the train manager...when I explained to the train manager he said no ticket = 64 euros to pay or I call the police...knowing that I had a train to catch!!! Really a scam...I ended up paying ~80 euros to go to the airport and was threated that if not I would have to wait for the police to come...and lose my flight!

Bisogna ammetterlo un po' costoso (forse troppo) ma ottimo se si vuole raggiungere l'aeroporto (o la stazione termini) senza difficoltà alcuna in quanto e' diretto e non effettua fermate intermedie.

Se si ha tempo, e voglia, si possono fare viaggi alternativi - e molto meno costosi - per effettuare la stessa tratta.

Si è un servizio per turisti a costi da turista ma i treni sono belli e nuovi, ogni posto ha il suo attacco della corrente (per caricarsi il cell ad esempio), una sola fermata al capolinea, ci sta

Scaming tourists. When you buy your ticket it says on the screen that children from 0-12 travels for free with an adult. This worked on the way to Rome but on our way to the airport suddenly the child needed to be UNDER 12. The ticket man had no service mind whatsoever and I had to pay additional extra 64 euro. Would not recommend. Clearly this is a way of getting extra money from tourists.

Great Option to get to the Center of Rome from FCO

I took the Leonardo Express from FCO to the city center of Rome and back to the airport and I highly recommend it. It's fast (32-minute ride), cheap (14 Euro), and efficient. I would recommend downloading the Trenitalia app and buying your ticket there. It's the same price and you don't need to mess with the ticket kiosks. When you buy your ticket, try to estimate the time you will be taking the train and buy a ticket near that time BUT as long as you're traveling on the same day you can catch any Leonardo Express train. No time specifics apply. I had read about validating and other pieces of advice and when you purchase your ticket through the app none of that applies. You buy your ticket and go!

There is no assigned seating, so you just find a seat, and the train operators do come by the scan your ticket so have this out and ready.

Finding the train station from the customs/baggage claim area is a bit confusing but just follow the signs. You do have to go up a level, then down an escalator, and up another escalator, and then walk through another area and then get on an elevator to get to the main train area. Again, just follow the signs.

I felt this was the easiest and most direct way to get to the city center (Roma Termini) train station. Roma Termini is also quite clean and easy to navigate.

Troppo caro, trappola per turisti

Il treno Leonardo Express è troppo caro, ben 14 euro sola andata da Fiumicino a Termini. Lo prendono i turisti che non hanno un'idea chiara dei costi di Roma e pagano senza battere ciglio. Inoltre, non è neanche tanto comodo e rapido, perché passa per molte stazioni rallentando, anche se non ferma, quindi non si deve pensare a un servizio velocissimo. Prendetelo solo in caso di strettissima necessità.

Très rapide, calme et propre

Achat à l'aéroport pour 4 personnes 40€. Possibilité de choisir la langue française donc très pratique. Trajet jusqu'à la gare Termini en 32 min dans un train propre ou ils y a des places face à face et où on peut brancher son matériel informatique.
Bien respecter son horaire inscrit sur son billet

De vergüenza, no volveré

Pasamos la vergüenza del siglo, multaron a una señora y a su hija de doce años por haberse equivocado al comprar el billete de la niña decía hasta 12 años y ella entendió que con doce años podría viajar gratis y sacó un billete gratis la multaron con 60 euros. Nosotros nos sabíamos equivocado y habíamos comprado un billete de más de adultos, y se le ofrecimos para la niña y la revisora con muy mal corazón no lo admitió, y no nos lo quiso coger la revisora, a por esa señora de su hija una vergüenza. Desde luego en mi vida he pasado más vergüenza ajena. Ya hay que ser mala persona para multar a esa señora y a su hija por haberse equivocado así por un billete.

Macchinette dei biglietti non funzionanti, treno in ritardo. Pessimo

Leonardo express del 050523 delle 08.05 arrivato in ritardo e partito con 10 min di ritardo da Fiumicino. Macchinette nella stazione antidiluviane, 5 carte di credito non riconosciute ( una volta c'era anche la richiesta di donazione...) , schermo congelato per vari minuti. Alla fine pagato cash. Dovrebbero mandare la dirigenza di Trenitalia o della Leonardo express in qualsiasi capitale europea ad imparare come funzionano i servizi al più pubblico. Altro che Open to Meraviglia. Welcome to second world. Paese corporativista.

Good choice for go from airport fiumicino to rome termini. Price 14€ per person (may 23)

If you buying ticket on aiport (not online) you can buy it od train station - there os much more kiosks. In airport i found only two and one of was broken. So there was a slow line.

You need to validate your ticket on green machine on platform. It is hole and stamp on the ticket you buy in kiosk before. It it written only on ticket back side.

Good way to go to Termini from the airport

Ticket is available everywhere with long queue at machines from airport to platform. The machine takes ages to process, and with tourists, even more..
Make sure choose "Termini" so that you arrive directly there. It appeared as "First Class Ticket" on the screen.
It is quick service but not First Class experience.
You can take any train, even you need specific time of the train to buy a ticket.
