Best pasta I ate in Rome! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and happy to speak to us in English. The service was very quick as well, we received our food within minutes. There was a large selection of wine and the prices were very reasonable for both food and wine. Hidden treasure as it doesn’t stand out too much from the street but expectations were exceeded.

A great local wine bar. Super hosts making perfect wine rec’s to go with the great food. Went back a couple of days later to pick out another bottle amd got an amazing rec again. Great food.

We loved this little wine bar, just off Piazza Navona. Its only around the corner from the piazza but is out of the heaving tourist zone.
There are a small number of tables outside so you have to be lucky or early to nab one of those. These would have been my preferred seating but they were always taken so we sat inside. The decor is simple but nice, with booth style seating and shelves of wines overhead.
The wine list is long and impressive. The menu is much smaller and we opted for the salami and cheese selections.
Just up the road a little is one of our favourite restaurants Mimi e Coco so we found ourselves having pre-dinner drinks a few times at Cul-de-Sac.

Ωραίος χώρος. Μεγάλη ποικιλία κρασιών και πολύ ενδιαφέροντα πιάτα για να συνοδεύσεις το κρασί σου. Η ΄πλη ατμόσφαιρα αποπνέει "Ιταλία". Αξίζει αρκετό από το χρόνο σας.

Не ели. Сели выпить по бокальчику. Очень большая винная карта. Есть даже в бокалах меню оранжи что нечасто.

Took a recommendation from a friend who did a year in Rome and was really pleased - planned only to stop for a drink we ended up spending the whole evening with wine and dinner.
The wine list is long enough if you only want a glass. If you want a bottle then the list is like a massive thick book!
Some good food too whether lasagne, warm salads and cheese or more substantial fare.

Posto caratteristico, mi è stato consigliato per i loro fantastici paté, e così fu, ho preso quello ai fegatini uvetta e tartufo, eccezionale poi abbiamo mangiato i ravioli all’anatra buoni e per finire polpette al vino buonissime, torneremo sicuramente

The place now seems to be in all the tourist guides and most won't survive such a distinction intact but Cul de Sac still delivers and worth a wait if full. Wine selection is excellent; don't go for the menu, this is a wine bar, get a few good glasses and some salumi e formaggi and be happy.

Petite terrasse et table alignée en couloir à l’intérieur. Simple, déco bouteille de vin, personnels très attentionnés.
Repas délicieux, sans doute un des meilleurs plats de pâtes de notre séjours.
Une belle adresse à conseiller et à refaire !
