I booked this experience for my daughter and her family as a Christmas gift on their trip to Italy. They thought Max was fantastic!! They booked another excursion with a different company and were disappointed after having Max as their guide for the Vatican Museums. All the 5 star reviews are accurate. I would book with Italy Rome Tour again!!

See Rome with an Unforgettable Tour with Max!

We booked Max for the 2-day tour of Rome. It was truly a VIP experience! The knowledge that he has of Rome is extraordinary. And the skip the line benefit was awesome. We would have never seen a quarter of what we saw with Max if we had done this with another tour company or on our own. We learned so much about the beautiful city from him. He is passionate about Rome’s history, and you can tell he knows everyone. Thank you, Max, for making our two days in Rome fun and educational. We can’t wait to visit again and see more! We highly recommend Italy Rome Tours and Max, when you are in Rome. It is worth every penny.

Questa è la mia seconda esperienza con Italy Rome tour… la prima volta c’era Max a illustraci le bellezze di Roma e questa volta Laura.
Laura è una guida esperta con grande passione e conoscenza, fantastica con i più piccoli, molto empatia con tutti e concreta. Abbiamo visitato il Colosseo e il Palatino ed è stato bellissimo ed emozionante raccontato da lei. Consiglio sia a famiglie che ad amici di prenotare con Laura e Max un tour di Roma perché sono state entrambe esperienze ottime a cui darei il massimo dei voti.

Fantastic tour

Our favorite part of this tour was the one on one, very personal. We could ask questions and Max had the answers. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very considerate about our safety and parked in areas close to the attractions so we didn’t have to walk far.

Our experience with Italy Tour Guide was perfect!
We were 4 adults and booked our transfer service from the Civitavecchia cruise port and tour of Rome with Max Parini, tour guide and owner of Italy Rome Tour. Max met us on time and was friendly and informative about the countryside that we were viewing on our drive to Rome. He took us to our hotel to drop off our luggage and check-in, and then we began our day tour of the Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Our guided tour included all our tickets for the day including the Roman Forum, which Max gave to us to tour on our own the following day, because of time constraints. We also booked Max as our transfer service from our hotel to the airport in Rome at the end of our stay. We highly recommend Max and Italy Rome Tour for your private guided tour experience. Max’s knowledge and wonderful personality made our vacation in Rome perfect for us and an an experience we will never forget.

Max Parini of Italy Rome Tours Exclusive Guided Tours was an absolute pro! He took care of EVERYTHING, from procuring tickets to driving us to knowing exactly where to stand for optimum views to getting us VIP access to sharing information to educate and engage us. Throughout the day, he was figuring out what most interested us and modifying our tour to fit us. This was a dream-come-true day in ROME. I can’t imagine standing in long lines because we just didn’t do that at all. We got celebrity access without the annoyance of paparazzi. Our little group of four had the absolute best day with Max! It was worth every penny!!!

Amazing Day in Rome
Fun time learning about Rome & it’s history. Max is an absolute rock star. He’s so passionate about his city & he makes every single person around feel important. Even gave a restaurant recommendation after the tour, complete with introducing us to the owner. Best guide you’ll ever have!

Vatican and Sistine Chapel tour with Chiara

Excellent tour to get a great overview of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel! We met near the Vatican entrance in the morning and learned so much about the history of italy and the influence of the Catholic church. Chiara our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and her passion for art history really flowed through. We gained a new insights from her and saw some of the most amazing works of art.

It was a small intimate group that didn't get overwhelming even. She took our questions and really explained the influences that inspired Renaissance artists such as Botticelli, Michelangelo and Rafael. We would not have been able to appreciate the Vatican museums without her explanations. Highly recommend 👌 5 stars!
