Great shuttle service. On time and delivered us efficiently to our hotel in the center of Rome. Driver spoke very little English but enough to make pleasant small talk. Car was a newer Mercedes with great ride.

Very Good but first time with an issue.

This is a great company that I have used many times over the years. I had scheduled pick up for arrival and return to airport well before my trip. My scheduled fight arrival was 8:05 AM and arrived on time. I had no checked bags and got through to pick up area at 8:20 AM. I looked for my name and it was no where to be found. My phone usually takes twenty to thirty minutes before it gets network. Fortunately I was able to hop on Airport free WIFI and reach out. I received prompt response and the office tried to reach the driver multiple times. After about fifteen minutes I opted to take a cab because they were unable to reach driver. I would have waited a little longer if he had answered. I received a follow up email that he was there shortly after I left in taxi. I still used them for my return trip and the driver was early and it was a beautiful vehicle. I will use them on my next trip. I usually go at least once a year and never had an issue in past. They did everything they could. For some reason, driver let me down.

Superb professional. I saw good reviews and decided to book. I was a little concerned that without paying a deposit that they wouldn’t turn up. I had a confirmation email night before with driver details. I came outside 20 mins before booked time and he was sat there waiting for us already. He loaded the bags and was a great driver. Would recommend and will use next time i need one.

FCO to Rome hotel transportation

I arrived to Rome at a different time than my friend and wanted seamless transportation to the hotel. My driver Alessandro was waiting with a sign at the meeting point after you exit baggage claim. It was a quick walk to the parking lot to get to his car (very nice, clean Mercedes) and then a smooth drive to my hotel followed. He even pointed out some major historical sites along the drive. For essentially the same price as a taxi, this was completely worth it.

Professional and top service at great value

Lifesavers! Needed a pick up at 6:30am and called the evening before. Price was competitive (almost same as taxi). I was a little nervous because I couldn’t be delayed and as I came to my door, Giulio was outside waiting 10 min earlier. He was professional and friendly. I recommend this service 1000 times over a taxi - nothing better than a new Mercedes’ and professional driver to drive you to/from the airport. 5 stars.

Our flight was delayed and we took more time to reach him, but he's patient for waiting us.

We have used RSL a few times now on our trips to Rome - we have always been met at the airport where arranged (the driver now uses WhatsApp to confirm exactly where he is), and our pick-up from the hotel for the return journey has always been at the time requested. Both trips were in a lovely clean comfortable Mercedes saloon car.
