A most memorable time in Tuscany

Alessio created a most memorable holiday which included experiences that we could not possibly have sourced ourselves.
The communication during the booking process was excellent (even with Covid and postponements to deal with).
We thoroughly enjoyed a holiday was worry free with every meal and tour booked on our behalf being of fantastic quality. It is the best way to see Andrea Bocelli in Lajatico - Alessio organised private transfers and a meal in the family restaurant beforehand.
We would not hesitate to book again with Alessio and trust him to put together a most wonderful, tailor made holiday.
Although not the cheapest option, it is certainly worth considering for the quality of experience offered and the client care we received.

Trip of a lifetime!!!

Great Italy Tours is THE BEST company! Everyone made this trip very special for me! Starting with Olena who was very accommodating in organizing my custom vacation! Every tour guide, driver and even the owner and his son were wonderful as well! Olena made everything exactly how I wanted it. She customized my big bday trip exactly how I wanted it! I started in Venice with a walking tour, gondola ride & terrific tour guide, Sara! One evening was a special outdoor concert of Andrea Bocelli in Morastico. 1.5hrs north of Venice. My private driver, Giuliano, took great care of me for many days. The concert was incredible, especially with the meet and greet with the Maestro himself!!! Guiliano then drove my to the coast with a pitstop in Bologna with another wonderful walking tour & food tasting. My tour guide, Roberta, was very knowledgeable! Bologna was beautiful & interesting. The food was delicious! Perfect stop halfway during the 5hour drive. We continued on to the coast to Forte dei Marmi. I had a massage and incredible lunch at Bocelli’s beautiful beach club, Alpe Mare. I had a relaxing afternoon in my own personal cabana. I stayed in a wonderful hotel in Versilia ( Lido di Camaiore) it was just 10 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. The property was wonderful! Rooms were spacious with a walk-in closet. The hotel has a rooftop bar/restaurant that cooks delicious grilled fish. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone! The last day I had lunch at the Bocelli family winery in Lajatico with Andrea’s nephew giving the wine tasting. My new driver on this day, Wolfgang, was great! He knew many details of the area as he drove me to Lucca. I had accidentally left a small bag in his car and he returned it to me! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Great Italy Tours! They are truly the best! The employees, Mercedes cars& drivers, incredible accommodations and activities. If you want a full Bocelli family experience then you must go with Great Italy tours because this is the ONLY company who has exclusive connections with the Bocelli family. They offer many excursions or create your own! They will make a magical trip for you! This was my 50th birthday celebration and Great Italy Tours made this a trip of a lifetime for me!

I had all good experiences with guide and program of Andrea Bocelli concert in Lajatico.
Definitely once in a life time experience and maybe more in the future.

Bocelli Experience - A Trip of a Lifetime

The Great Italy Tour Company is the ultimate way to travel Italy! No hassles with reservations and the team was extremely flexible in guiding and planning our itinerary. The tour guides were outstanding. Alex, our tour leader, was kind, friendly, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. It was easy and enjoyable to spend 10 days with him. The accommodations and food were amazing! Because of their attentiveness and excellent service, we were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our trip.

Thanks again to Alex, Olena, and the entire team at The Great Italy Tour Company for a spectacular trip.

Amazing Marostica

It was an incredibly well thought out itinerary culminating with a phenomenal experience attending the Maestro's concert in the Marostica castle.

This is an amazing team and our second trip with them and they never disappoint. Our driver, Alex was thoughtful and conscientious. He went above and beyond assisting us in procuring and shipping bicycles from a shop I had patronized over 40 years earlier. He really helped make the trip special.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention Olena, who meticulously planned our trip and Maurizio for his constant attention to detail.

I really enjoyed the Great Italy Tour, although I didn't see everything I wanted to see, I recommend visiting Officine Bocelli in La Sterza and Alpemare in Forte dei Marmi, memories of these places will stay with me forever ....

Andrea Bocelli Special Experience

We had a Special Bocelli Experience. The Great Italy Tour Company made it possible for us. We visited the Bocelli Family Vineyard and had a beautiful lunch and tasting at the Bocelli restaurant. I highly recommend the Vermintino!!! The highlight, of course was the Andrea Bocelli concert at the Teatro del Selenzio. Oh, what a night! We had great seats and transportation to the event was made possible by the tour company. They arranged for our lovely hotel experience, including transportation from the train/airport. One day of sightseeing in Lucca and lunch at the Alpemare Beach Club by Andrea Bocelli-not to be missed!!! Thanks to the great team of Bettine-our guide, and the fantastic team from The Great Italy Tour Company who was at all of the events.

Bocelli Essence of Wine Tour - Amazing day

I booked the Bocelli Essence of Wine Tour as an extra treat for my husband's 60th birthday - what an absolutely brilliant day! The whole experience from booking to being dropped back at our hotel was superb. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & the personal attention was unbelievable.
The wines were amazing & the stock in the shop was not expensive - a lot of companies would 'rip you off' but not the Bocelli's. All goods fairly priced & great quality.
Viewing the Tuscan scenery with an English speaking driver was an unforgettable experience - Thank you Brando.
Wine tasting with Alessio Bocelli was a truly wonderful experience too, so friendly, making us feel welcome & important. The food at the lunch was also incredible.
I thoroughly recommend this tour
