Poor business, poor communication

Left us high and dry- cancelled on us the day before the transfer. We already had a confirmation and were all set and counting on this transfer - if more information was needed, why didn't they contact us sooner? We were on a cruise ship and did not access our email until the morning of the booking. Poor business, poor communication.

Hello, unfortunately when we don't have all the information like the name of the ship, time of pick up and destination we can't work... You only wrote the ship is coming into the port at 5 am... What were we supposed to do? Have a driver from 5 am outside the ship till you were gonna get out and also not knowing your destination!! We have a lot of bookings and we need to know what we have to do... Than we are not in the desert, you could get a taxi at the port and go wherever you wanted...

Marathon Day in Rome!
Ronaldo picked us up right on time and zipped us away to Rome. He was ver knowledgeable and was able to get us exactly where we wanted to go!! We saw everything we wanted to and then some!! Thanks for such a wonderful day in Rome!!!

Transfer was Fine!!

The transfer was fine. The only issue was the driver was very aggravated when he arrived. He said he was sick and had to come in because the original driver called out. We were not very comfortable feeling like he really did not want to be there. Otherwise the transfer went without a hitch.

Great service - prompt and efficient
Pickup was early. The company gave us a choice of car or van 30 minutes apart. We chose the earlier car which was clean. The driver was courteous and took us swiftly from the hotel to the port - directly to the ship, which is important in Civitavecchia. The only unusual aspect was a request to send a reminder to the company on the morning of our trip. Regardless we experienced a clean and comfortable drive that took less time than expected. The driver assisted with our luggage - and spoke sufficient English to discuss our requests. I booked a return trip based on the experience.

thank you very much for the review , the reason we ask for a reminder is because we need to be sure of the time of pick up , people are on vacation and sometimes they forget what time they set weeks before :)

We booked the trip as we were visiting Rome for the day only due to been on a cruise. We chose to book this as I have limited mobility and the excursions offered by the cruise company were not adequate for my needs. Rolando messaged us the day before to check times and name of cruise ship so he knew exactly where to pick us up from. He was there on time and whilst on our way into Rome he asked what we would like to see and dropped us off as close as possible to all the sights we wanted to see, all we had to do was message him to Say we were ready to be picked up to move onto the next sight.
The minibus was comfortable with air conditioning and WiFi, we also got a bottle of water each aswell, he spoke really good English and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend him for your trip

Amazing Day Tour of Rome from Cruise Port

Rolando provided a great day touring the sites of Rome. He picked my family of 5 up at the cruise port on the last day of our cruise, took us to our hotel to drop off baggage, then took us to multiple spots to see the historic sites of Rome.

He is a master at navigating the city/traffic and dropping us off close to the sites so that we were able to get more stops done in the day. And he allowed us to customize what sites we wanted to visit and pointed out other things along the way to each stop.

We used WhatsApp to communicate when/where to pickup for each stop. And he took us to a great restaurant near the Colosseum for pizza/pasta. An overall great experience with a driver that knows the city well and was easy to communicate with.

Very disappointed!

We booked this tour several weeks in advance, but they cancelled on us at 10:00 PM the night before the tour. We were asleep when the email arrived, so we did not know until the next morning on our way to find the tour guide. This was devastating considering it was our first time in Rome. We managed the day on our own with a taxi, but we only got to see 2 places and no information because we did not have a guide. It was too late to reserve a new tour. I would not trust this company!

Hello, we did send you several messages to confirm the name of the ship and time of pick up, but you never answered, we are sorry, but we can't work like that, how are we supposed to find you when there are 4 or 5 ships in the port?? And even so you never called when you saw it was canceled Anyway we actually did you a favor cancelling the day before, so you could be refunded, otherwise you wold have lost the money..

Timely, good communication, plenty of room for lots of luggage. Everything ran smoothly and we got to the airport in plenty of time.
