Super expérience avec un vespa loué pour visiter Rome. Adolfo est Très pro, bienveillant et prends du temps pour bien expliquer comment rouler en sécurité. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Great way to see the city!

We rented last minute to see the sights of Rome. “Frenchie” was amazing and had great prices. Scooter was my fair the best we have rented abroad.

Wir hatten bei Roma Rent Scooter zwei Tage vor unserer Reise nach Rom per mail eine Vespa (125 ccm) für den 27.05. angefragt.

Unsere Anfrage wurde am selben Tag mit einer entsprechenden Preisauskunft beantwortet.

Um sicher zu sein, auch einen Roller an diesem Tag zu erhalten, habe ich mit dem Betreiber (Francesco Guerrini) am selben Tag von Deutschland aus noch telefoniert.

Herr Guerrini bestätigte mir auf meine Frage nach der Verfügbarkeit von Rollern, dies sei kein Problem, da er stets genügend Modelle zur Auswahl bereithalten würde.

Am 27. Mai sind wir dann zur Vermietstation gegangen, um unsere Vespa anzumieten.

Zu unserer großen Überraschung teilte uns Herr Guerrini vor Ort mit, er habe leider keinen Roller mehr verfügbar, mit dem Hinweis, "es sei ja Wochendende".

Ich habe Herrn Guerrini daraufhin geantwortet, er hätte mir doch noch zwei Tage zuvor am Telefon eine völlig andere Information gegeben.

Daraufhin wurde er sofort pampig und verwies uns, lautstark und gestenreich, mit den Worten "wir wären ja keine gentlemen",aus seinem Geschäft.

Nicht nur die Tatsache, dass man sich als Kunde offensichtlich auf keine Zusage dieses Unternehmens verlassen kann, sondern auch das unverschämte Verhalten des Betreibers, verdient eigentlich noch nicht einmal einen (Bewertungs-)Stern !!

Wir sind dann Gott sein Dank kurzfristig bei einem anderen (seriösen!) Verleiher ( BICIBACI) fündig geworden und konnten so unsere, wirklich empfehlenswerte Vespatour in-und um Rom durchführen.

Fransico was a wonderful gentleman who made the process of renting mopeds easy. Gave us confidence to drive in the crazy streets of Rome but wouldn’t have wanted to see it in any other way if transportation.

Great Bikes! The Vespa were fast yet stable.

Maravilloso Angelo nos entendió impecable. Nos dio recomendaciónes donde ir, comer pasear. Todo estupendo nada de letra pequeña ni engaños claro y perfecto! Lo mejor que se puede hacer en Roma!

Amazing trip

My boyfriend and I decided to rent a scooter for a day.
From A to Z this experience was flawless. The owner was very pleasant, arranging and smiling. We misunderstood how to lock the trunck and the owner did all the way toward us to help us.
Our trip wouldn’t be the same without this day by Vespa.

We recommand it at 100%!

Thanks again to Roma Rent Scooter for this amazing experience.

i have rented a scooter with them last week..francesco and his team are friendly competent and helpful.. all was totally uncomplicated and crash helmets were provided free of extra charge..rome by scooter is -twist my arm- one of the best ways to explore the italian capital..but yes being comfortable about your scooter skills help yet that goes without saying…i would rent there again ANYtime

No sé si será el mejor sitio para alquilar scooter en Roma ya que solo he probado este, pero desde luego yo que totalmente satisfecho con el alquiler.
Le escribí un mail para saber si tenía scooters disponibles y me contestó a los pocos minutos. Al llegar a la tienda nos mostró lo que tenía y nos recomendó uno de los scooters, más grande y con la rueda de mayor dimensión que la Vespa, lo que se agradece mucho en las calles de Roma.
A mi mujer le quedaban grandes todos los cascos que tenía allí y le sacó un casco sin estrenar. Nos dio consejos de circulación y recomendó sitios a dónde ir.
Es muy útil alquilar un scooter para ver sitios más alejados del concurrido centro.
En Roma conducen bastante agresivamente pero en poco tiempo te acostumbras, no a ir como ellos sino a no molestar.
Cuando vuelva repetiré seguro.
