Spaghetti in a REAL wonderful family, amazing experience !!
We had a very Amazing time with Pietro and his family: went to the market to see and buy local products, then in the kitchen for the masterclass. They are so cozy and experienced about italian food, we had a lot of fun and we made and ate the best amatriciana and tiramisu ever ! A unique experience , higly recommended ! Thanks to Pietro and Tiziana !

A lovely family in a Real roman home!

A beautiful esperience in one of the charming neighborough not too far from the city center. We made the fresh pasta maker lesson. The chef were very welcoming with her mother. We felt immediately part of something exclusive and authentic. We started with a taste of a selected Umbria Wine and then se made a pasta from the scratch (orecchiete) and a fantastic seasonal sauce with Lazio sausages and roman broccoli... delicious! Than we had more Wine and a casting of salami,cheeses and olive oil. After we ate our hand made pasta we had even a hand made biscuit and a Marsala sweet dessert wine. A so inclusive hands on experience that we defenitely suggest to all the tourists that want to "escape" from too touristic places for a Real roman experience.

Esperienza assolutamente da fare...e RIfare!
Chef Pietro.. che dire!? con la sua calma, la sua simpatia e professionalità si è dimostrato competente e soprattutto alla mano, ha dato prova di avere una gran cultura culinaria. Ci ha seguito in ogni step, dandoci così la possibilità di ricordare ogni passaggio per poter riproporre il piatto anche a casa nostra, mettendo a nostra disposizione prodotti freschissimi e facendoci assaggiare vini di ottima qualità!
Abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio diverso, divertente, in una casa in cui ti senti subito a tuo agio, con una famiglia davvero speciale.
TORNEREMO PRESTO A TROVARVI!

Con amigos decidimos hacer algo nuevo, hermoso y útil. Si quieres tener una experiencia así recomiendo Spaghetti in the familia! ¡Divertido! Chef Pietro me dio tantos consejos es profesional y agradable.

Amazing experience!!!

This cooking class was really great fun! The spaghetti in the family team will make you feel at home from the beginning of the day to the end! We where welcomed in Pietro’s family kitchen and he then took us to the market to shop explore and taste some local produce. Then back to the kitchen! Thanks to Pietro’s lesson we learned a lot about pasta making, Roman food and culture, without ever feeling bored! At the end of the class we got enjoy the lovely pasta we made with a nice glass of wine and obviously dessert! Highly recommended!

Bellissima esperienza, da ripetere!

Ho voluto provare questa nuova esperienza, consigliatami da alcuni amici. Devo dire che è stata magnifica.
Continuerò a consigliarla.
Si respira un' aria tranquilla, ci si sente davvero a casa, in famiglia. Chef Pietro mi ha messa subito a mio agio dimostrandosi una persona che lavora con dedizione e grande talento, disponibile e professionale. Grazie per avermi insegnato alcuni trucchi della cucina italiana, divertendoci!
Tornerò sicuramente in estate per ripetere questa esperienza.

Corso eccezionale e persone squisite come i piatti che ci hanno insegnato. La mia ragazza mi ha regalato questo corso di pasta fresca dove sono stati serviti ottimi vini e dove lo chef Pietro ci ha seguito passo passo per poter riproporre questi fantastici piatti in altre occasioni... Da non perdere!

What an amazing experience!! We felt like we were visiting good friends for a delicious meal in their home. Learned how to make fettuccine and panna cotta. Also learned so much about Italian food and wine. Definitely should be put on your list for your visit to Rome!!

You'll really feel like family and eat some of the best food you'll have in Italy!

So much fun! Being welcomed into their home kitchen, getting to meet some family members then off to the market where we shopped, explored, and were treated to meat, cheeses and local wine. We headed back home and started cooking Roman favorites, amatricianna, gricia, bruschetta (make sure you say it right!) and tiramisu. Then gather around the table and enjoy! Pietro (I hope I spelled that right!) and Luca are charming hosts and we really learned so much! Thanks for warm conversation, great food, wine and espresso!
