DO NOT USE CONSORZIO AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!! I wish I had read their reviews before booking through Expedia. We were scheduled to arrive at 9:30 a.m. An e-mail was sent at 9:00 a.m that driver was waiting. We picked up our luggage and no ride. When I called (after several tries) the driver was already back at the office and would not return unless I paid again!! They were supposed to stay 1 hour after the plane arrival. We were left to pay another 120 Euros to get to our hotel and they will not refund. I won't trust Expedia's vendors again without checking Tripadvisor. Learned my lesson.

DO NOT USE!! We booked a transfer from Rome Airport to the Cruise Port at Civitavecchia for 3-30pm on 13th July 2023. We had to get to our cruise ship by 5-30pm. Upon arrival they were not there to meet us so I called the office number. I was advised that they were 5 minutes away. We waited 8 minutes and called back again. Again I was advised that the driver was at the airport and would definitely be with us within 5 minutes. I advised the operator that if he wasn't here in 5 minutes, we could not wait any longer and would catch a cab instead. The driver never turned up within 5 minutes so we caught a taxi. The driver finally turned up at 4-20pm, some 50 minutes after the arranged pick up time of 3-30pm. They have refused to refund me and also lied about where our driver actually was. Extremely poor especially when you are on a tight schedule.

DO NOT USE VIATOR SHUTTLE SERVICE
From hotel to airport, I was asked to fill out a form which I gave date of departure, airline, flight number and hotel. But NEVER a asked in the form from what hotel I was to be picked up. Two days before departure I called Viator to ask about pick up time, and was told we cannot give information before 24 hours of departure, and to call back the next day, so I did. When I called and gave them the reference number they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected me. I received an email from via tour customer service, thanking me for using their service and if I had questions on my shuttle to contact the shuttle company with a toll-free number. I called shuttle company and they never had my reservation number. they advised me to call viator and explain that I needed to be picked up at a location that was never mentioned I was Back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth for at least two hours, which is two hours I could not be on the beach. I finally spoke with someone that took their time to call the shuttle service for me back and forth again and was told that I had changed the hotel of pick up. I was never asked about the hotel picked up, so how can I change it if I was never asked it on the form. So I canceled it and requested my money. I have not seen the credit back on my credit card yet, but I would say anybody that needs a shuttle service from their hotel to the airport don’t do it contact Lyft because they will be at your door within five minutes and it’s cheaper. I will never use viator again for a shuttle service. A bit upset.

Never showed up. Waited 40 mins. Had to run to local Cafe and ask them to order a cab to avoid missing our flight. We payed extra for early morning pickup. None of the phone numbers listed for assistance responded. Do not use.

Absolute fraudsters. Refused to collect from airport 'due to car difficulties'. Refused refund. Now proceeding through Expedia to gain refund and they are refusing to maintain conversation and keep hanging up on the Expedia staff. DO NOT USE.

We used these guys yesterday for an transfer from our accommodation to the airport. I booked the night before, received confirmation within a few minutes of booking, the driver was early and very pleasant and the van was spotlessly clean. I choose top lay cash to the driver just in case we were faced with a no-show situation. Excellent service and very reasonable price.

Avoid using this service*.*evitad este servicio* I personally found It utterly chaotic and an added stress to the trip as their customer service and explanations were unclear and lacked precision.I sent numerous whassap and reached out to two italian numbers and still felt the service was unreliable,soeciapeciallly travelling with my mum and landing at 10pm. Among the few agents I dealt Mónica and she has lacked the competence to ammend a very dissatisfied customer. I ended Up Booking a taxi due to the uncertainty as we landed at 10 pm and Viator still charged me 25 €. To sum Up,you are better off using a different company and not having to deal w stress, bouncing back and forth with whassap, calls, emails and Monica

Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I just wanted you all to know that we had an excellent experience with Consorzio Airport Shuttle company. Booked through Expedia. We arrived at the place of meeting almost 20 minutes early and our driver (can't remember his name) (?) was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He was helpful with the baggage and a very good driver. We went from the airport to Civitavecchia port in less than an hour. Very courteous driver and pleasant trip. The van was clean and comfortable. The price was much lower than most. Approximately $70 usd for the two of us. Thank you so much for your good service!

My most recent encounter with this company was in October 2019. If potential customers are considering hiring this company, you need to be aware of the following:
1. Even though its web site clearly states it accepts credit cards, two of the drivers I had did not carry a Point of Sale (POS) machine, and I had to pay them cash. This is particularly important for American tourists to know, as they are used to paying by credit cards.
2. If you need a ride from Rome to Port Civitavecchia (cruise port of Rome), you must ask whether it has a special permit to enter the port to drop you off right outside of your cruise terminal. In my case, we did not know or ask beforehand, and we were not told it did not have one - otherwise we would have booked a different company. Therefore, you can imagine how shocked we were when the driver just stopped and dropped us and our luggage off by the road, requiring us to walk 50 yards towards a parking lot to catch a port bus to get to our ship.
