Arrived at 02:30 at the parking lot P1 of Malpensa, I called the number of the website, Taxi Airport Malpensa, not an answer, after which I approached a taxi driver precisely, in the taxi area, (we had to go to terminal 2, about 6 kilometers away) the answer was,
I JUST TOOK SERVICE, basically did not feel like it.

We took the taxi as soon as we got off at the airport of malpensa, we had little time before our train left Centrale and then the strike began. We had been on the road since the morning and wanted to get home as soon as possible. The taxi driver was very kind, courteous and nice and knew of our hurry, it took little to get to the station. .despite the speed x arrive early, his Guide was safe, and decisi.consigliato!

Took airport taxi from Milan airport to central Milan late last year. While reviewing my business costs for 2023 I discovered the driver charged me US$2,855 (!!) for the one-way ride. Fortunately, my credit card company has tonight agreed to credit me with almost the entire charge. Be sure to take photo of driver ID.

As always, taxis at Malpensa are SHAMEFUL AND UNWORTHY OF A CIVILISED COUNTRY. I came from New York where the transportation between taxis, uber, subways and bike paths is extraordinary. I arrive tired at my house in Milan with 4 heavy suitcases and 35 degrees under the sun, and I find the usual shameful scene of taxi drivers. No indication, you never understand anything. First three taxis stopped with customers already on board, so I continue. First free taxi: a feisty man who does not greet and asks where we should go (probably to decide if it was worth taking us). Accepted our destination (goodness) tells us immediately "I do not accept credit cards". We greet him and move on to the next free taxi, but the taxi driver gets back in the car, leaves and LEAVES US WALKING IN THE SUN WITH SUITCASES IN HAND saying "you have to go back to the beginning of the lane", which was 15 meters back and where there were previous taxis but already occupied by other customers. I go back to him, send him to hell, of course, and go get a Malpensa Express: 20 euros vs 110 euros. Avoid this indecent and shameful lobby. LONG LIVE UBER!

I booked a taxi to Malpensa one day in advance at 026767, confirmed for 7.55am. Taxi never showed up. After 20 minutes waiting at the switchboard I am told that the booked car "had problems" and another taxi will arrive within 5 minutes
I point out that there are 4 of us and that we have 4 suitcases. "If they're not huge, they'll fit." We lost another 20 minutes to load our bags and left at 8.30am holding a suitcase in our arms. A BAD service, never again.

Nothing new as already reported by thousands of people. If you have the "misfortune" of having to travel from Malpensa t1 for a few kilometers, you are treated badly, they ask you (you) to indicate the fastest route as if they were doing you a favor by bringing you 30 euros strictly in black money behind a veiled threat.
For the next time, should it happen, they invite you to take a "local taxi".

It was such a bad experience. The worst I've ever experienced with a taxi driver
First of all let me explain, we had to go from Malpensa airport to our accommodation. We had made the journey with a rented car, it was 7-8 minutes maximum. My husband and our two children 18 and 13.
I asked a taxi driver in line and he told me that it will cost a maximum of 20 and it has a meter. But I had to go to the first one.
When I went to the first one, he said 25. Let the old man go, we said now 5 euros more or less, it doesn't matter.
As soon as we got into the taxi the driver was going crazy. With a speed limit of 50 go 150.
I tell him to slow down, I'm afraid for us and the children.
In another world he. I was telling him to slow down... nothing.
He wanted to anticipate the arrivals of the Swiss passengers and went to kill us.
Mind you speed is not something I fear.
The man was crazy.
And the icing on the cake, he took 30 euros by force, why? Because it was a long distance..!!!!
Yes that's right an 8 minute distance made it into 4. The person doesn't exist.
I'm going to complain to the taxi union.. I don't know what I'll get but rest assured it will stir things up.
The airport has a bad name for something like that!

As happened to others, I arrive from Los Angeles via Frankfurt and, having temporary walking problems, I go out and rigorously ask the first taxi in line if it can take me to the car park where I have the car because the shuttle cannot go beyond exit 5.
Answer: we don't provide this service, we only go to Milan. Of course, why travel for a few bucks when a ride to Milan costs from 100 euros and up?
They tell me to go downstairs and take a “local taxi”. There are no local taxis, there are honest taxi drivers and dishonest taxi drivers.

This morning, after an hour and a half of travel, my husband and I arrive at Milan Malpensa, we head towards the taxis because we have to reach our bed and breakfast which is about 17 km away...so far so good, we approach one of the many taxis we put our luggage in the car as soon as we tell us where we are going to go he starts swearing...he starts using bad language...now I tell him what a disgusting person you are...then as if that wasn't enough, upon arrival at the bed and breakfast, he gets out of the car and takes us there. throw the trolleys rudely on the ground... you, Mr. taxi driver, should be ashamed... because we know that you are interested in the 100 euro ride but I still paid you €25.70 without you giving me the receipt... thank God and all the saints that I didn't report to the financial police!

Hello. We are arriving at Linate airport (Milan) and want to go downtown Milan. It seem that everybody is not happy with the airport taxi and we don't need a Mercedes for a 15mn ride. Any ones as suggestion like a shuttle or public bus? thank you

I would recommend you book your taxi before you travel. This is the easiest taxi booking ive ever made Google Arrivante taxi then submit your dates, flight arrival and return flights and it’s as simple as that. If you and others? Have just arrived off a flight, you will be tired. I’m not familiar with the bus or shuttle service . I never use them. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. When you book your taxi to and from, arrivante will give you a good price. I hope this helps. Have a great holiday, visit the Duomo it’s simply Amazing!!

They are good and reliable. I have used them for pickup to a morning flight. They were at my address at the agered time. We were 5 persons and this service was competetive with public transport.
