We arrived in this wonderful place welcomed by Giulia who accompanied us to the medieval castle owned by the Pupillo family for over a century and built for Frederick II, showed us historic gardens and vineyards, then we stopped at the castle for lunch and a tasting of excellent wines

We had a wonderful time. The surroundings were beautiful and Julia our guide was knowledgeable and amazing. The lunch was so good and the wine was delicious.

Beautiful guided tour. Congratulations to sommelier Giulia for the explanations.
Also excellent cutting board and well chosen the 3 wines of the tasting.
The location is super nice.

This is a little gem of a vineyard, nestled away in what would appear to be an industrial area, yet follow the track to the property and you could be a million miles away. We had a fantastic few hours experiencing this incredible corner of Sicily. Our guide Giulia was exceptionally knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. She spoke about the history of the property, the current family owners and wine production at the estate. The property is spectacular and almost fairytale in appearance. The wine tasting was great and we went for the Origini package which gave us tastes of unique wine s that they made on site. I reckon all of the packages are similar but Cyne - Moscato Bianco was an excellent addition to the memory bank.
What sets the experience apart for us was not just the tour because that was exceptional in itself, but what happened afterwards. We bought 3 bottles of wine including the beloved Cyne and walked away happy. Having got to our hotel, unfortunately, the bag we brought the wine back from the vineyard in, broke at the bottom and a bottle of Cyne smashed on the floor. We were gutted! I emailed Sebastiano just to let him know so he could check the bags and it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. He kindly returned the email offering to replace the bottle, something we weren’t asking for, and he insisted we return to get another bottle. I offered to pay for it, Giulia wouldn’t let me pay for it or even accept a token amount for costs! Exceptional customer service if there was.
Go for the wine, the tour, the cheese board, the experience, return for the fact that these people genuinely care about their product, their vineyard, their people and their customers. Awesome.

The location is fantastic but the organization really leaves something to be desired. At 7pm the queue was 3 non-delineated serpentines long which created great chaos. People were clearly not following the queue.
After 1.5 hours in line we arrived at the checkout and discovered that the cutting boards were finished. We therefore opted for a children's menu to accompany with wine and €5 included a micro piece of pizza and a drink.
The place and the products are very good and should be promoted but in this way credibility and professionalism are dramatically lost, I would rather have foreseen a limited number.

Ho partecipato alla visita guidata e alla degustazione in questo luogo meraviglioso, una perla nelle campagne di Siracusa. Ho assaggiato vini ottimi, l'esperienza tutta è stata indimenticabile

Location stupenda , buoni i vini ma prezzi alti.
Forse per uno straniero che viene una volta va bene.
Per chi magari vuole tornarci piu volte no. Degustazione di vini 38 euro x pax , 4 calici.
Light brunch 30 € x pax:
Bruschettina con ricotta vaccina e 1 alice sotto olio divisa in due.
Sformatino di cavatelli ( pasta non fresca) con salsa al caciocavallo;
1 involtino di numero, forse 50 gr,secco ,su un disco di patate insapore e pieno di prezzemolo.
Una ciotolina da fingerfood con di nuovo ricotta e buccia di arancia e due biscottini alla carruba.
Dopo una visita di 1 ora e mezza e una degustazione di vini magari se spendo 30
Euro mi aspetto di mangiare qualcosa in piu.
Sarebbe stato meglio un tagliere di salumi e formaggi perché con 30 euro avrebbero avuto gli ospiti a stomaco pieno e un profitto abbastanza cospicuo per le tasche .
Non torneremo ne lo consiglieremo.

La sua definizione di "trappola per turisti" è assolutamente immotivata e ingenerosa.
Se ci fosse stato qualcosa di sbagliato nel pranzo l'avrebbe rimandato indietro, mi spiace ma la sua recensione sembra scritta in mala fede.

The setting is really nice, and the service was good.
Unfortunately every person in the group was overcharged. We ended up paying for more adults and more children than attended, none of the receipts seemed to correspond to prices. the last person to pay had to settle a large bill which when you add up all others means we paid for too many people
Left a real sour taste and cannot recommend
