הסדנה היתה טובה, הצוות הסביר יפה בסבלנות ובנועם. לטעמי היו יותר מדי משתתפים בסדנה וזה פגע בהנאה מעט. הזמנו סדנת פיצה הכוללת גם הכנת פסטה הצלחנו ונהננו מאוד. בסוף מתישבים לאכול את מה שהכנו ומקבלים גם יין, קנולי ולימונצ'לו.

This class was fantastic! We originally signed up just for something to do when it was raining, but we are so glad we did, as we had an amazing time. All the chefs were very kind and attentive. We learned how to make homemade pasta as well as pizza, which was a great surprise. The pizza and pasta were delicious! Everyone got to roll their own pizza dough and customize their toppings from an array of options. They also provided a snack break with yummy bread, cheese, meat, and wine, and gave us cannoli and limoncello as a treat at the end. Would highly recommend!

This was a fantastic class! We had a tour of the local market then went to the chef’s restaurant where we prepared 4 delicious items. It was well organized and we met so many nice people from all over the world that were in our class. Excellent cooking class!!

Although we missed the food market tour because of crazy traffic and difficult parking, Chef Giovanni welcomed us with open arms! The hands on instruction and patience of the chef and assistants was amazing, the ingredients so fresh and pure, plus the group camaraderie, we all had fun no matter our skill level in the kitchen. We graduated with an apron, certificate, and recipes to make at home.

Such a fun experience! Our group of 6 plus 3 additional visitors to Sicily had such a good experience with the chefs. We ate delicious food that we created, drank wine and learned many things about Sicilian cuisine. We were treated like guests while being invited into the inner workings of the kitchen. All around a fantastic and memorable experience! Highly recommended.

I have love to cook and was thrilled to add the new techniques and recipes I learned to my repertoire! As other reviews have indicated the market was small but we learned a lot about the vegetables that grow locally. We learned to make and shape pasta, cook fish in a salt shell, make eggplant parmesan and swordfish rolls. After cooking we ate the fruit of our labors paired with wine. The experience was delicous and inspiring!

Would highly recommend if you want to learn how to make easy pasta and delicious Sicilian food. Market was a little small but still nice to see. Amazing wines and food all included.

Very much enjoyed a pizza making class in Taormina yesterday. We only had three in the group and the chef was warm and friendly. We also learnt how to make macaroni and enjoyed the efforts of our cooking with plenty of local wine. A nice surprise was the delicious cannoli and limoncello at the end of the meal. Very good value and so much fun. I really recommend this class

We had the best time with Luca during the class. He was polite, helpful and answered any questions we had. He made it fun to learn and extremely hands on explaining every step in detail. There was only myself and my husband in the class, but that didn't mean it was any quicker either, we got o try Luca's arancino which he makes fresh daily for all customers, we also made a surprise rice dish which we could eat at the end too!. We made so much food, we had 2 nights worth of meals! It was well worth the money and time, we would highly recommend!

Yes, I had a Grand Scenic but the streets are extremely tight
