You can reach this beach by cablecar 6 euro each return journey. Most of the beach is private with sun beds at cost. The public bit is small with limited access to sea. Lots of tour boats going in and out and operators keep telling you to get out of their way. Overall felt dirty and not relaxed. Stony beach which is hard to walk on and many steps to get back to cable car.. there are much nicer beaches nearby.

40 euros to rent 2 sunbeds and one umbrella. The water ir dirty. I saw band-aid and small pieces of papers on the water.

A pretty cove but not as beautiful as Bella Isola a little further round the bay. Both have expensive sunbed hire but Mazzora isn't as picturesque and is not as clean. I wouldn't return.

Wir haben schon viele Strände auf der Welt gesehen. Dieser Strand ist einer der Schlechtesten. Zugang direkt von der Kabelbahn aus durch einen hässlichen, stinkenden, dreckigen Tunnel. Am Strand rechts und links die Lidos der Hotels. In der Mitte zwei Lidos, die für alle anderen zugänglich sind. Preis für einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen € 50,-. Das macht schon sprachlos. Die Liegen mit etwas, das ich nicht Abstand nennen würde.
Das Ganze ist in einer Bucht. Die Luft steht, kein Windhauch kommt an.
Relativ große Steine. Problematisch bei höheren und stärkeren Wellen. Ohne Badeschuhe fast unmöglich.
Es gibt aber etwas Positives: man kann seine Getränke an die Liegen bestellen. Die Freude wird etwas verdorben durch den Preis. Zwei Grenati € 8,-.
Besser einfach von oben ansehen. Das reicht und ist viel schöner. Das gilt wohl auch für Isola Bella. Hier sind die Felsstücke im Meer wohl noch größer.
Es gibt außerhalb an der Küste Richtung Mazzeo wunderschöne Lidos. Auch Kies aber kaum größere Steine und damit viel angenehmer. Lang gezogener Küstenabschnitt unterhalb von Taormina. Im Wasser Blick auf Taormina und die Berge. Sehr schön.
Erreichbar entweder mit einem Shuttle Service oder mit dem "Beachbus" . Fahrtzeit ca. 10 Min.
Wir waren am LIDO TROPICANA, Via Alcide der Gaspari. Preis inkl. Shuttle von und bis zum Hotel €15,-.
Sehr gutes Restaurant dabei.

Thought we were headed to Isola Belle but ended up here by accident and are glad we did. The beach was not crowded and had fantastic facilities with excellent service. The water was unbelievably clear.

Acqua veramente limpida per il resto tutto nella norma, non avrei nessun segno di nota da evidenziare. Fermatevi per le classiche foto di rito ma nulla di più, Taormina ha di meglio da offrire.

Nulla da dire sulla spiaggia e sulle acque cristalline, però onestamente difficilmente da accedere salvo entrare furtivamente dai vari stabilimenti e soprattutto libera c’è solo due angoletti di spiaggia striminzita....

Ci sono stata un bel pó di anni prima, forse in settembre si stava meglio, senza caos.
Acqua pulita e piena di pesci.

Acqua limpida e fresca in un contesto naturale molto bello, certo il luogo è un po' snaturato dagli stabilimenti balenari che hanno invaso quasi tutto lo spazio disponibile, lasciando solo un fazzoletto di spiaggia libero.
E' comunque un luogo di mare piacevole dove si puo fare un buon bagno, prezzi anche molto più accessibili della più rinomata ed adiacente isola bella.
A mio parere la spiaggia migliore di Taormina.

Chi come me ha avuto la fortuna di vedere questa spiaggia tanti anni fa ahimè resterà di deluso amaramente. Non è più la magnifica baietta di pescatori e gente locale è diventato un carnaio di ombrelloni e sdraio. La spiaggia libera è inesistente o meglio ci sarebbe seppur minuscola peccato che i MALEDUCATI delle escursioni invadano il tuo spazio vitale. Abbiamo piantato l'ombrellone e steso gli asciugamani, tempo di fare 2 passi abbiamo trovato il nostro ombrellone letteralmente coperto da altri 4. Siamo praticamente stati cacciati. Che delusione. Come rovinare una meraviglia naturale. Lasciate perdere.
