Exceptional experience!

My highest regards for not only this tour but for Simon (tour coordinator) and Daniel (tour guide), outstanding!! We ended up doing not only this tour, but also an additional tour to Syracuse and Noto with Daniel. We were a group of six family members and travel quite frequently. Wonderful value, great experience. Clean, dependable, and lovely Mercedes van was used for our travel. Safe driver. Our family has one member that is physically unstable and requires the use of a wheelchair on and off. Daniel easily accommodated the chair, and gave every assistance to my sister as needed. He often took on the responsibility to sit with her while the remainder of the family did things she felt too challenged to do. While doing so, Daniel gave her the benefit of his experience by telling her about what we were seeing and helped her with photos. She was so very grateful. Each of the tours provided us with background information, clear and concise directions to places of interest while we were exploring. Highly knowledgeable and very good English. Simon was excellent with communications and providing clear on concise direction. I can not express enough how highly I regard this trip provider and tour guide. What a wonderful experience! We travel 6 months of the year and found this tour and guide to be one of the best we have ever experienced.

We visited Catania and the area few weeks ago (group of 6). I booked several travel arrangements with Simon. Simon assigned us Daniel to accompany us. When we landed, very late at night, Daniel waited for us with a smile, and took us to the hotel in the city.
2 days after we went out of the city on a private tour with Daniel, towards Etna, Taormina and Savoca. The tour we did was customized and planned by me and Simon few weeks before our arrival. Simon gave ideas, we discussed on the phone, and Simon also booked for us a Winery tour. Daniel gave us much information during the drive. During our visit on Etna, near one of the craters, one of our group members had a small injury. She needed a hospital. Simon and Daniel were super caring and responsible, they took her to the hospital; Daniel personally assisted with the check-in into the hospital, and we left only after Daniel made sure she is in good hands. Daniel continued the tour with us, and went back to the hospital to take care of special needs related to the checkout. We went back to Catania, and Daniel dropped us in the hotel. 2 days after he came to pick us up to the airport, and surprisingly we met him again as our flight was delayed and he did this travel one more time in the next morning ….
Overall, I have to say that Daniel’s and Simon’s attitude, caring, guidance, flexibility was simply outstanding!!! From the moment I contacted Simon to the second airport departure, they both gave us personal care, always on time, always with a smile!!!
I highly recommend Simon and Daniel for every travel and tour in Sicily!!!
We will definitely be back!!

A Must do in Sicily

The Driver/Guide Daniel was excellent. Daniel went above and beyond. The tour covered all the important things to see. the cable car and guided crater tour is not included but i would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful day and Simone was attentive, informative and spoke wonderful English. He told us what to expect, what attractions to do and even made a reservation for dinner in Catania for our group.

Worthwile tour transfer

This is a good way of making use of a transfer day so that you do something constructive between destinations. It's a long trip and we had a bit further to go (to Taormina, an extra 80 euros). It's a long day. 2 hours at the Valley of the Temples is enough in this heat!

Simone was great. Very good, safe driver with a wonderful sense of humor. He knew enough to be a guide. He picked us up at Catania airport. Several days later, he took us from Siracusa to Romana del Casale (where he arranged a guide) and then to Agrigento (where he arranged another guide). Everything worked so well, and incredibly nice and responsive -- I recommend him highly.
