As I said in my review, (May 29th) my daughter (21) and I were the first in at 11am and enjoyed the museum, most of the exhibits and a walk round the shop in an hour. Unfortunately not everything is written in English so we passed those bits by. But it is located in a picturesque area.

Hi there. You get them at the little shop in the museum. They do group tickets and provide a guide through the official tourist office of the City of Basel. These tours are excellent. There might be one available. Call the official tourist office. They are glad to help. Have you watched the BBC documentary with Stephen Fry on Guttenberg? It is available on youtube. Cheers

At the momnet the entrance is 15 SFR. The "Basler Papiermühle" has an excellent home page with the fees, opening hours etc.
