We attended this experience as a group of friends to celebrate a birthday gift.
Positives:
The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and Sherly, the cook, demonstrated a broad knowledge of the cuisine. The environment was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was not welcoming. Latecomers were not greeted, and the overall tone in the kitchen was strict and humorless. The session felt rushed: 30 minutes of theory, 60 minutes of cooking, and 30 minutes of eating—after which we were essentially asked to leave. It felt like too much money for the time and value provided.
Additionally, the class was overcrowded for the chosen recipe (ramen). My personal role was limited to chopping and sautéing onions, which was the extent of my cooking experience. There was little opportunity for meaningful interaction with other participants, making it feel more like an assembly line than a shared experience.
Overall, while the food quality was excellent, the lack of engagement and rigid atmosphere detracted significantly from the experience. I wouldn’t choose to do it again.

Hi Christina,
I think it's important to tell the whole picture here because your group basically bombarded our public Ramen class acting like hooligans and being absolutely disrespecting the class and other participants.
-Your group of four people attended a public class where other clients were present too.
-Most of your group arrived all late, all other participants waited at least 10 minutes for your group, and to make things worse, you and your other friend even arrived 30 minutes after the class had started without a single apology.
-I had already mentioned that alcohols will be served when the meal is ready, as we do not allow wine glasses in the kitchen due to safety issues, but during the class you continuously requested alcohol thus distracting the class flow and I even had to stop you from wanting to drink the cooking sake bottle which is used for the public.
Respect goes both ways.
If your goal was to get drunk and talk about your sad life, next time go to a pub!

Looking for something fun and informative to do then I highly recommend doing a cooking class with Sherly 😁 we went for a cheese and chocolate class and was really a lot of fun . The cheese tasting and session was very informative. The chocolate soufflé cooking park was also really great and delicious . Sherly is also very accommodating, fun 🤩 and love her sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Sherly was incredibly nice, she gave everyone a very in depth lesson on how geography effects the food we learned about and later prepared. Me and my mom took the Swiss cheese and Chocolate class, we got to explore the different ways that a cheese can taste, and how to find those different tastes. This was such a unique and personalized experience and I hope that some day we can do it again!

My gosh this was so fun!!! Sherly was fabulous and explained to us everything about cheese and chocolate during our workshop! The cheese was so good, the soufflé was fun to make, and I loved being immersed in the history of both foods. My friend and I are already trying to see if we can book another class before we leave. Thank you so much for this incredible experience!

The experience of cheese and chocolate was informative and exciting. I love how interactive Sherly was. She incorporated everybody into making a soufflé most enjoyably. I loved this class, and it is a must-do.

We had the most amazing time with Sherly doing a family cheese and chocolate class! Sherly was so engaging, informative and fun to learn from! The cheese tasting was delicious, the chocolate tasting was yummy and then we went on to make a delicious and easy chocolate soufflé! My entire family really enjoyed the experience and I would totally recommend!

My mom and I had an opportunity to attend Sherly’s class this morning. It was a fantastic way to learn abt the history of cheese/chocolate and everything was delicious. We couldn’t believe how easy it was to make the soufflés and afterwards, she even gave us great recommendations for dinner. Highly recommend and if we’re ever in town, we’ll be back!
