We are very sorry to hear that our overnight package didn’t meet your expectations. Due to the length of the tour, it is not possible to add an additional stay in Lucerne. Interlaken is conveniently located along the journey and also a popular destination for many guests. Our guests from Zurich can have a break from the 2-hour journey already behind them and grab a snack, do some shopping or go sightseeing before proceeding. This information can be found in the tour description of Viator, but our guests can contact us anytime to clarify any doubts. The first part of our multiday package consists of a partly guided tour to either Grindelwald or Interlaken, depending on the village of choice for the overnight. While our Jungfraujoch guests continue the journey to the mountain, those who booked the partly guided tour enjoy the remaining time visiting the villages. Our overnight guests can check in at the hotel, leave their luggage at the reception and start exploring the village at their own pace. The hotels we offer our guests are 3-stars. It is true that the Hotel Artos is a bundle of different services. Additional to the hotel, it has a care center and physiotherapy building. However, this should not affect our guests’ stay and if it did we would like to apologize for it. We regret to hear that you felt that the tour was not worth your money. It is certainly possible to make the entire trip individually by public transport, but this would involve multiple train changes (no fewer than 9 times for Zurich-Jungfraujoch-Zurich). Also having a certified tour guide along, who guarantees a seamless experience and is there for any occurring questions, is the main reason why many people opt for a guided tour instead of an individual visit.
