Madeleine what a sadness! I order truffles and pralines, I only get truffles! After three e-mails of complaint and two phone calls I am finally answered and after a week I finally receive the pralines. Another disappointment is that the fineness of the Teuscher praline has disappeared. Give way to a standardized industrial product. What a shame, Teuscher, it's over.

All chocolates taste the same, pure sugar, and the price is exaggerated. We took an assortment of pralines for just over €20, which was 9 chocolates in total.

We completed an entire self-guided tour of Zurich’s famous chocolatiers, including Sprüngli, Lindt, Läderach, and Teuscher. After all, the city is famous for its chocolate, and all four are competing to be the best!
To be completely honest, three of the four shops only scored four stars for us, which is certainly honorable. But it was Teuscher that earned our five-star review! In fact, the best thing we ate in Zurich were the slices of a real orange that were candied and covered in milk chocolate! Not even Lindt’s mother store a few blocks away could compete with that!

Garish colors/decor with many selections; all sorts of chocolate pieces, bars, boxed sets, etc. Nice staff. Their mocha ganache is fabulous. They fly chocolates to their US locations weekly. Other good swiss chocolate: Sprüngli, and award-winning Läderach

The store is cute and the staff is friendly. Lots to choose from, to the point that it's a bit overwhelming. The branding and packaging is kitschy, but cute.
I bought several chocolate bars (no truffles) and they are all terrible. Each is either waxy and flavorless or chalky and cloying. I literally will throw these in the trash, they are that bad. Not sure if bars are simply not where they shine, and all the effort goes into the truffles? Wish I had bought at least a few truffles just because so many people think so highly of them.

Nachdem eine Lieferung in die Türkei nicht ausgeführt werden konnte (gemäss Webseite sollte dies möglich sein), habe ich weder eine Entschuldigung, noch eine Antwort auf meine 6 Emails erhalten. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend!

J’ai voulu faire livrer des truffes en Haute-Savoie à quelques kilomètres de Genève et à ma grande surprise le colis est parti en Allemagne pour ensuite être bloqué en France dans un entrepôt pendant 15 jours!!!! Les truffes n’étant plus fraîches j’ai demandé un remboursement qui m’a été refusé!!!!
Je n’en reviens pas qu’une telle compagnie ne sache pas gérer ses commandes à l’international et traite ses clients avec autant de désinvolture!!!

Disregard the decor which looks like your grandmas garden house, the quality of the chocolate is 4/10 and far from worth the cost. It lacks pride and understanding of the world around it, time ran away decades ago and the only thing that followed time, is the price. Not good at all.

Ausser uns war noch ein anderes Paar (vor uns) im Laden, welches sehr freundlich bedient wurde und auch noch zwei verschiedene Produkte degustieren durfte. Wir haben einen Einkauf von über Fr. 50.— getätigt (wurden von einer anderen Dame bedient). Sie hat sich nicht einmal für unseren Einkauf bedangt und zum degustieren gabs auch nichts. Wir wurden einfach abgefertigt. Das war nicht sehr professionell!

i will be staying at the Altstadt Glockenhof hotel while in Zurich and desperately want to visit your chocolate shop. I fell in love with your champagne Truffles many years ago in New York, and
