Great place to have a bite to eat (food is good) and a drink too. The bar prices are reasonable, especially if your a member, and it reminds me of the good old days.

We had an afternoon meal in the Port Shepstone Country Club's relaxed outside dining area. The waitress, Avela, was superb - friendly and efficient, she went out of her way to suggest and then organise a suitable meal for my vegetarian daughter, even though it hadn't been advertised on the menu. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. Would certainly eat here again.

This is a country club offering good quality food and a pub where one can relax and unwind after having played Golf , Bowels, Tennis and Squash. They also cater for weddings and functions.

We met with some friends on a Sunday to listen to some live music and catch up with life. What a tranquil relaxing place to just chill, have a cold drink and a lunch.

Trees and bush are the main distractions on the front nine. Feel free to play from the other fairways but be wary of the trees getting back to the correct targets. The back nine is far more open but has a cheeky little creek that runs around, through or next to most of the holes. Playing with a member is helpful as they can provide valuable insight for targets. Caddy was decent but got more info from the members I was playing with.
You can get range balls and bang them around the cricket grounds. Cool but nothing over an 8 iron. Plus, help the guys out and pick up your balls.
Fantastic place to hang out after the round. Outside or inside it is perfect for a good jol after a round of golf.
Proshop has friendly staff is is fitted out nicely with the golfers' needs.
If you have a chance, play this course. I can't wait for a second try at it.
