Speravo di poter vedere il processo di produzione del famoso formaggio olandese ed invece si tratta esclusivamente di un negozio come ce ne sono tanti nella città di Amsterdam.
Come in tutti gli altri punti vendita è piacevole poter assaggiare i vari tipi di formaggio Gouda. I prezzi sono gli stessi che si trovano in altri punti vendita, abbastanza alti ma i formaggi meritano.

Negozio carino con una spiegazione di come si prepara il formaggio nelle varie fasi. Io consiglio di non comprare il formaggio qui, hanno il prezzo più alto rispetto ad altri negozi uguali in tutta l'Olanda

Quand tu vas en Hollande , tu es obligé de passer dans un magasin de fromage .
Personnellement je pense qu’il faudrait éduquer les clients sur comment déguster de manière hygiénique.
Pour le reste tout est bien . Personnel souriant et très avenant

Attenzione quando comprate
La visita è solo una spiegazione di come viene fatto il formaggio
La ragazza è comunque simpatica e gentile durante la degustazione
La cosa più antipatica è stata che la signora alla cassa ha tentato di sottrarre un pezzo di formaggio da una confezione da tre.
Quando siamo tornati ce l'ha immediatamente restituito con aria ironica
...e poi parlano degli italiani

Visite de la fromagerie, nous vous attendez pas à une présentation réelle.
Sonia nous présente les différentes étapes, une télé de chaque coté vous montre ce qui est réellement fait par le fromager.
Quelques explications en différentes langues sont affichées sur la télé.
La présentation de Sonia se termine avant la fin de la vidéo, nous restons les derniers pour suivre cette vidéo.
Ensuite dégustation des différents fromages, certains se jettent littéralement sur ces fromages simples.
Sonia nous présente les différentes étapes, une télé de chaque coté vous montre ce qui est réellement fait par le fromager.

Considering where I was, I was disappointed. We went here last after all the other demos. Though I guess in comparison, this was free and the other demos we paid for. But it was extremely crowded, especially the demo, which wasn't a demo, but an explanation of how cheese is made. They no longer make cheese on site. There was tastings, but again, extremely crowded. Staff only speak English, but were very cheery and kind. They appear to love their job and know a lot

Went there because the tour guide brought us there. Bought 2 big cheese and 2 tins of cookies.
I strolled around the market nearby during the free time and found that the same kind of cheese was selling for only 1/2 the price. I just consoled myself that I might have bought a better quality one even though I felt that they tasted the same.

La explicación es muy pobre, parece que tienen prisa y en 2 minutos te dicen cómo se hace el queso. La tienda es lo mismo si compras en Ámsterdam que en este lugar. Sin embargo en Ámsterdam son más atentos, te ofrecen regresarte el Tax cuando aquí no.

Avons visité cette fabrique lors d'une excursion. Bel accueil, explications complètes sur fabrication du fromage et dégustation fournie. Prix normaux si achat. A faire.

W had taken a day tour from Amsterdam and cheese factory was part of it. It is better to take a tour since it is an hour's drive from Amsterdam.

we just went from zaanse Schans, you HV to catch the train to Amsterdam Central, at the backside of the station there are busses...bus 316 goes straight to Volendam.

As SilvanaLF mentioned, there would be hardly any space to move with tourists flocking the store. I have also not seen any baby cribs available in the shop. It would be better to make your own arrangements.
