We had a prepaid appointment for my daughter's flight on 01/01/2023 at 04:40 am from the center of Brussels to Charleroi. Unfortunately, the driver didn't show up. Nobody answered the emergency phone number. We waited for 20 minutes in case the driver was late. Consequently, my daughter missed her checked-in flight, and we had to book a much higher-priced ticket. At the communication with the company the following days, we were informed that the driver did not wake up. Eventually, there was a refund for the prepaid appointment five weeks later.

Nobody showed, we had to take a regular taxi. I called several times to the number you provided and we had no answer. It was 23:30 in the night and we travel with kids, so it was unacceptable. I’m waiting for the refund.

Chauffeur komt niet opdagen. Bij bellen naar het alarmnummer zeggen ze dat chauffeur vertrokken is, echter half uur later nog geen chauffeur. Opnieuw gebeld, chauffeur zou er binnen 5 minuten zijn. Na kwartier uiteindelijk , wel zeer vriendelijke, chauffeur. 3 kwartier gewacht voor niks. Laatste keer voor ons met dit bedrijf.

I'm using their service regularly for more than 3 years and I never had a problem. Always punctual, reliable, and excellent transfers. I'm really surprised to read all the bad reviews because my experience is absolutely the opposite.

Do not use this taxi service.
The driver did not show up on time, and when we called the service to enquire where the driver might be, we were yelled at that 'the roads are blocked' (as they always are in Belgium) and that the driver would be thirty minutes late. Then the man on the phone hung up. Worst taxi service ever!
