If you’ve been wanting to try diving for a while but don’t know where to start - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!
I had been wanting to get my open water diver certification for a while, and Steve was such a helpful and knowledgeable instructor. He thoroughly explained step by step all of the skills I needed to become a successful diver and always made me feel safe. At times I needed to try some of the skills again in order to get the right technique, but he was always so patient with me.
The aquatic life at all of the sites I was taken to were incredible… I was able to interact with an octopus, and also saw conger eels, crabs, fish, nudibranch and many more.
Such an unforgettable experience… thank you Steve and Jo!

My partner and I had recently completed our PADI course earlier in 2022, and our four dives over two days with Indigo Divers were our first dives since completing our course.
Jo and Steve were extremely accommodating to our previous experience diving, and we felt completely at ease throughout.
We dived at different sites over the four dives, each was an awesome experience. Getting friendly with the octopi was a particular highlight! We had some great photos and videos taken too.
Would highly recommend using Indigo Divers in Albufeira, whatever your past diving experience.

Tanto a Jo como o Steve são super acessíveis e disponíveis, têm flexibilidade de horários e boa disposição.

Dieser Kurs ist perfekt für alle, die das Sporttauchen ausprobieren wollen. Man wird professionell und gut verständlich angeleitet, wie man mit dem Equipment umgeht, bzw. wie man sich zu Verhalten hat. Zusätzlich konnten wir beim ersten Tauchgang im Meer die volle Schönheit dieser Umgebung kennenlernen.

Great team and great diving experience. As an experienced diver I appreciated their attention to safety. I did 4 dives over two days and the sites were great. So much to see including octopus, conger eels and thousands of fish. At times it was like swimming in an aquarium. I would recommend Indigo divers for experienced divers, and those looking to learn!

First time diver, doing a full 3-day Open Water diver course through PADI. I could not have asked for a better experience.
The professional setting and friendly banter make you feel at home straight away.
The training I received in the pool before going to the sea was organised and put together exceptionally well.
Jo's and Steves's experience was very easy to see and made me comfortable in an environment I was never in before.
The recommendation comes very easy and it does not matter if you are looking for a full course, further development as a diver or a scuba discovery day. Jo and Steve are amazing and you need to see the dive sites they offer.

Since becoming Certified PADI Open Water Diver 7 months ago my partner and I were keen to get a few more dives in on our own.
Jo & Steve were very friendly and helpful via email booking and in person to make our first dive experience as newly qualified PADI divers enjoyable.
I saw and touched my first octopus and Steve got some great gopro videos and pictures which we purchased as a great memory of our trip. I wish more centres offered this service. Highly recommend this great PADI dive centre.

Una delle esperienze più belle della mia vita. Nonostante la paura iniziale, la professionalità di Steve mi ha aiutata ad imparare tutte le tecniche base e a concludere la giornata con l’immersione nell’oceano. Io e il mio ragazzo (prima volta per entrambi) ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Jo e Steve sono due professionisti e ci hanno fatto vivere una giornata bellissima anche scattando delle foto subacquee magnifiche.

My sister and I did our PADI Open Water Diver course with Indigo Divers. Communicating with Jo via email was quick and helpful. She provided us with all resources we needed and could be relied upon for queries. The centre was welcoming and relaxed yet professional. Despite nerves, we felt safe - briefing before dives, lots of experience based knowledge, approachable team. Underwater we felt supported, calm and reassured by Jo. Option to purchase photos taken across the 3 days for €20. Overall it was an amazing, fun and mentally/physically challenging experience!

Thank you for your question, no problem to try and learn with us, a few options below but there are others on our website:
Discover Scuba Diving - 1 day program. Theory + Pool + 1 dive in the sea. Holiday program 120Euros with all equipment and insurance included. Promotion: 2nd person pays 90 Euros
Description: You will have a briefing & then practice in the pool (normally 40mins-1hour) to get comfortable, after successfully completing some basic skills with a Instructor (with the Instructors approval of safety) we go to the sea for a fun dive to explore the ocean with the Instructor (dive lasts about 30-50mins depending how relaxed you are meaning you breath less, stay down longer!!). After this you get a diploma which counts towards a certification BUT is not a qualification.
PADI Scuba Diver - 2 day course - 1st day of theory an pool and the 2nd day with 2 dives in open water. This certification is valid to dive anywhere in the world to 12 meters always with an Instructor or a Divemaster.
260 Euros that include a Manual, logbook, certification, insurance and all necessary equipment.

Hello
The ReActivate course can be tailored to you depending how long you have been out of the water.
If not a long time like a year or two and have many dives you could do the ReActivate directly in the sea. 75€ for this training dive.
If you have not dived for more years you will need to do pool session and this is 75€ plus fun sea dives after.
There is a link on our website with full information and a link to padi to do the theory online.
