A l'arrivée à l'aéroport comme au retour , le chauffeur a eu un peu de retard , mais très correct pour arriver tout de même à l'heure sur le lieu souhaité . Ils nous ont amenés devant l’hôtel réservé , et sont venus nous chercher devant également, tout çà pour 10 € de moins par trajet que la société promue par l’hôtel .

From booking to arrival at our apartment, the experience was first class.
We were met at Porto arrivals by Alex, a wonderful driver that gave us some great insights about Porto on the way to our accommodation. Alex was professional and a real gentleman, helping us load our bags and ensuring the kids were safely buckled into their seats. Needless to say, the car was spotless and very comfortable.
Will definitely be using them again on our return to Porto.

I booked 2 transfers with these people in March 2020 just before first lockdown. They honoured them 26 months later and in each case found their way on time to an obscure village destination in Northern Portugal. We used them again for transfer back to the airport. All vehicles immaculate, drivers excellent and spoke good English and arrived on time. One of them gave us an impromptu tour and history of Oporto. Could not reccommend them highly enough. The office were always very efficient and helpful

Na de landing op Porto kregen we een bericht waar onze chauffeur in de aankomsthal zou staan.
Vriendelijke en keurige man stond op de aangegeven plek en begeleidde ons naar een mooie auto.
Tijdens de rit vertelde de chauffeur wetenswaardigheden van Porto en gaf ons tips.
We waren snel bij ons hotel in het centrum van Porto en hielp ons met de bagage.
Voor de terugreis ook weer deze chauffeur geboekt.
Een aanrader voor een goede, snelle en veilige transfer
Vriendelijke en keurige man stond op de aangegeven plek en begeleidde ons naar een mooie auto.

Booked a ride from airport to hotel, on-line thru Viator. We got off the plane and see lots of people with signs, none contain our name. Three phone calls later and over an hour of waiting we finally got picked up. We did not have international calling so had to pay for those three calls to Viator. Each time were told it would be a few minutes.
The man who picked us up was very pleasant and the was informative as he pointed out areas of interest but it was a dreadful way to begin our vacation feeling abandoned at the airport in a foreign country.

I called to book a taxi to the airport at 4:00am. I was told to book and pay online, which I did. I called to confirm the taxi and I was told the taxi would come. The next day I got an e-mail a few minutes before the pick up time saying the that taxi was cancelled and that I would be reimbursed in 10 days. I wasn't reimbursed.

We needed to book an airport transfer that could provide a rear-facing infant car seat during our recent trip to Porto. After having a number of issues with other companies on our trip, I was relieved that Porto Airport Transfer was able to guarantee the appropriate car seat—and the car actually showed up with that car seat! Our driver was courtesy and helpful, and the car was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
