It was a great tour involving learning a lot of general and specific facts about Athens and its history. Stavros was very funny and personable, as well as super informative. Highly recommended

Great informative tour with Stavros !

The tour was very informative about Greek history, myths and culture. Stavros told us many stories about the city covering various topics such as theatre, philosophy etc… always making sure to find things that were of interest to the group. The walk was at a nice leisurely pace. I highly recommend his tour !

A Walking Tour is a must to do in every city you visit 🏛️

Athens - Every corner, every turn there were sights, ruins, things to note and admire! We were over stimulated with it’s vibrant neighbourhood, lovely people and lively athmosphere with the Acropolis towering above the city! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, him being an archaeologist himself knows where every active excavation area were and the significance of each statues and carvings in the wall.
Will definitely recommend Free Tours in Athens! We did not complete our tour due to a sudden change in weather but it was a lovely time altogether with our guide.

We toured around Athens interesting location, got a lot of knowledge from Stavros with a lot of humor and fun stories!

The guide is trully a great guy, storytelling and humor was spot on, as well as interactions with the group. On top of that the route itself was perfectly planned - with a possibility of 2 variations at half (a voting was held as befits the cradle od democracy) :)
