Excellent experience

We were exceptionally well looked after by Dimitri, our guide. He gauged the ability of the group quickly, was relaxed with a great sense of humour, and very approachable from the start, we felt we were very safe and I couldn’t recommend the trip highly enough.

Very well organised kayaking trip

Booked this as a solo traveller. I was given pick up details via text the night before trip. I was picked up right on time outside my hotel in Faliraki.
Nikkos was very friendly and professional as were the other two team members.
We left from a beach near Lindos...we were all paired up and given life jackets and instructions on how to paddle. Water is provided throughout the trip. We stopped at two lovely beaches, first one for thirty minutes and the second one for an hour, where we were given a lovely fresh packed lunch, feta cheese, two boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and capers. Fresh rye bread olive oil & herbs. More water was also offered.We then headed back the way we had come, I do have a sore hand & arm, I feel you need to be at a decent level of fitness to paddle for around five hours....but would recommend. Dropped back at hotel afterwards. Lovely friendly instructors and very knowledgeable.

Wanderung um die 7 Quellen! Eine tolle Erfahrung.

Eine Wanderung um die 7 Quellen. Natur pur, bergauf und bergab über / unter Baumstämmen. Tolle Aussichten , Picknick im Freien. Kompetente und freundliche Führer. Zum Abschluss durch einen ca. 150m langen Tunnel, ohne Licht. Die Wanderung dauert ca. 3h und ist 7km lang. Festes Schuhwerk ist Voraussetzung. Die Tour ist empfehlenswert.

Goed georganiseerde kayak trip op zee die begeleid werd door 2 gidsen. Niet een te grote groep en niet te zwaar. 2 mooie stops (klein strandje met grotten!). Professioneel materiaal. Genoeg gekoeld water bij en een sober maar lekkere lunch. Genoeg tijd om eens te duiken of te zwemmen. Zorg er wel voor dat je goed ingesmeerd bent... je verbrand sneller op zee dan op land.

Amazing day of adventure!

Wonderful day of cycling, thanks so much! The bikes were all Specialized, great condition, we had a choice to either take an easy rout or a more difficult one, which was great! Saw the other part of Rhodes, it’s fascinating olive trees, some as old as 2000 years old! A varied rout with where our guides supplied us with a constant supply of cold water and a fantastic lunch at the top of the mountains. Really memorable experience and a caring guide, totally exhilarating and so worth it!

Excellent Sea Kayaking Tour

I’ve been wanting to sea kayak in Greece for a while.... I’m in Rhodes with my wife and our 3 children 11,17,21, and we decided to go out kayaking with Dimitris and Rhodes Roads. Excellent trip. Excellent guides (2 on a group of 6). Nice picnic lunch. I highly recommend them!

1/2 journée en kayak de mer : le paradis

Nous avons fait une sortie en Kayak de mer sur les traces des pirates avec un arrêt sur une petite plage de sable rose : un vrai paradis ...Tout était parfait , l'organisation , le pic-nic et un grand merci à Marios notre guide pour cette aventure.Soleil , mer d'huile et des paysages à couper le souffle.

Great Day Riding
A most enjoyable day of riding in a variety of terrain to see some of Rhodes away from the crowds. We were picked up on time from the Old City and drove to the beach where the ride started. There were 8 in total on the ride with two guides. The bikes were new mountain bikes and well maintained. The guides took great care to ensure we kept together and never got too separated. The riding was not particularly arduous although there was an optional 800 metre section of climbing that the stronger riders enjoyed. There was a great variety of terrain and landmarks including ornate Greek Orthodox churches, gorges, dry rivers, villages in the hills, and lots of olive trees. There were multiple stops so it never got too hard. We stopped for lunch in the courtyard of a large church in the shade and had a filling and refreshing lunch. It was an impressive site and added to the enjoyment of the meal.

We were impressed with guides. They carefully monitored the group to see how we were doing and went at an appropriate speed. They had water stationed at numerous locations so we would have always have cold water in the hot conditions. One of our party fell riding on a paved road in the village. They were properly solicitous and took excellent care of the bit of road rash suffered. Nikos was knowledgeable about the history, geology and plant life in the region. At one point we stopped under the shade of a large tree. He spotted a number of different plants and how explained what they were and how they were used.

Overall, highly recommended if you want to see parts of Rhodes away from the beaches.

A fantastic experience with Rhodes Roads, hosted by Dimitris and Nikos. Booked directly via email for a good price and was all sorted within an hour.

Although there are breaks for a swim/snorkel this isn’t your typical ‘take it easy’ sightseeing tour - be prepared to put some effort in. Kayaks are 2 person so you get to share the load at least.

Lunch is typical Greek salad in a lunchbox which was enough for our group. Also plentiful supply of drinking water.

Nikos gave a short historical piece at each stop which added to the experience but overall the guides leave you to it but are on hand to answer questions.

We would undoubtedly book with Rhodes Roads again.

Great and amazing day with Dimitri and one other guide (sorry forget his name :/ )
He pick me at the hotel through the location
The bike are very good
The tour lead you to awesome location
Both guides are very kind and know a lot about culture and history of the place, very good explanation.
You can get as many water bottle as you need !
The light meal was good
Don’t hesitate and go for it !
