Cannot recommend this company. If you do go, be very careful! It is a lovely ride, but we were specifically told to stay to the right in the big canals, and in the middle of the shallower canals to avoid hitting the bottom. When in one of these canals (and dutifully staying in the middle) the water quickly became too shallow and we ended up breaking a rudder, the engine stopped, and we couldn't continue. Staff took quite a while to respond, and we ended up drifting to the side of the canal since we only had one small paddle to maneuver with. They claimed they were unable to reach us and made us paddle (with the one tiny paddle) all the way across the canal while they stood and watched. They then informed us we had broken the boat because we need to stay to the left (!) and that we needed to pay $75 in damages. We ended up settling on skipping the fee and losing the rest of our time, uncompensated. Buyers beware!

Have you ever dreamed of being thrown into the canals of Copenhagen with a tiny slow boat, minimal instructions, and a vague map? If so, this is the place for you! Staff are unprofessional and unhelpful, instructions are cursory at best, and if you find yourself stuck out there on the water, get ready to use a single paddle resembling a child’s sand shovel to maneuver over to a rescue boat.

Lots of Fun!

We rented a Go Boat on a sunny but blustery day in Copenhagen. After a brief tutorial, we were ready to captain our own little electric boat through the small canals of Copenhagen. You can purchase food and drinks at the entrance (as well as heated seats) to bring on board and enjoy while watching the sunset. We enjoyed the experience despite the cold - it would be even more fun on a beautiful warm day. This is a unique and fun experience to enjoy during a visit to Copenhagen.

A highlight of the citytrip

A highlight of our trip to Copenhagen. Definitely something you have to try when you are over there. You will see things you will not reach and see in a normal city trip.
Prices are a little high but everything in Copenhagen is, so I guess that's standard.
Service staff is very friendly and experienced.
Tip for GoBoat: make the getting in and out of the boat more safe with extra bars to hold on or a different system.

Perfect fun time!

It was so much fun! Even it was a bit chilly weather, we got blankets and we enjoyed a lot! It is very easy to steer the boat and get around in Copenhagen. Perfect for family trip, party or just to relax.

I've tried it three times and have a lot of fun with friends every single time. The possibility of easy rebooking shortly before in case of bad weather is a great service.

Great experience and friendly staff

Super nice trip and friendly staff. The battery on the boat was quite low though so although we took the recommended route suiting the time we booked we were late in delivery because the boat moved super slow, even on the highest speed level. However, no extra fee was charged and it was overall a great and beautiful experience.0

A wonderful way to spend a few hours

We had 2 boats for 2 hours and we had a lovely time. At first I found it a little difficult to steer the boat, but after a few minutes it was no problem.
