Hi tobiaskuhlmanna, What can we say :) We are sorry you disliked the room the puzzles and the design. We have had many thousands of happy guests since we started in 2014. Many of them also experienced gamers have liked the puzzles in the room you tried. Most of our guest have played several rooms and return to us and quite a bit of them have played all three rooms. In this room the theme might not be the theatrical build you look for. and we do use lock for progression stops. But we can say we have seen many many teams having a lot of fun solving this room. We we expect to see many more. But 1 unhappy customer out of tens of thousand is one to much. Your personal opinion counts - And we do care and we listen to all our customers.
