Heartbreaking

Heartbreaking,
We were also due to raft during lockdown. We were told we'd have until the end of October to book in again as that is when the season is back up and running.
When we contacted the company (as directed by them) Wet N Wild told us that they are closing down and gave us 2 weekends to raft - one of them being the weekend 3 days after the email was sent. This was after not replying for 3 weeks. We never received a refund. Disgusting customer service. It was a present for my partner as a 30th birthday.

Worst customer service in NZ

Dissapointed... we were due to raft the day that lock down happened. We were told we'd have until the end of October to book in again as that is when the season is back up and running. Wet N Wild have then told us that it should have ended in September and we can no longer use our voucher (without telling us)... We had tried to book in and were turned down because there wasn't enough people. Now they won't refund us. Disgusting customer service and I'll be telling all of my friends and wider network not to use this business... puts you off spending local for sure.

Great staff and great rafting!

My first time rafting but definitely not my last. Despite some misunderstanding with my booking I finally made it for my first time riverrafting. Greeted by super friendly and lovely staff, they were all outgoing and fun and had us entertained all the way through. Special to the two guys in my boat, bad with names but the white helmet and the green helmet (Argentinian and Hungarian) - kept us safe and had a great time!

Absolutely awesome ride, Pete is fantastic, keeps ya laughing...even though he picked on me..Ha ha Defineately not a ride for the mild, ended up in the river at the bottom of the big waterfall.....very professional and safety concious, was out of the water and back in the boat before we knew it.....word to the wise, stop laughing when you fall out.....will defineately will be back.....( Rest easy Pete we'll give you plenty of notice before we come back LOL )

Amazing! Fun! Def Recommend!

Loved it! Was very nervous beforehand but these guys know their stuff. Pete is awesome, with loads of experience so you feel very safe the whole time. He tells you exactly what you need to do and when, he is also very funny 😁 So cool cruising through the rapids and the waterfall is epic! Highly recommend, was a great trip! Do it!!!!!

Amazing time with Pete & Hannah - great for kids!

This was our family's first time rafting and my kids could not get enough! They are already planning the next trip to go rafting with Pete and Hannah! The tour was perfect with amount of time on the river, rapids challenging enough for our 6 & 7 year olds while keeping everyone safe, and a great time learning about the river and New Zealand when we rested from paddling. Thank you both so much for such a memorable experience!

First time rafting

Had an awesome time on some big rapids. Although the drops are big it's perfect for beginners. Staff were all great and professional. They did some good pictures which you could you pay for but we didn't get them. We felt that they were maybe a little overpriced although the price for the activity was very reasonable. Also, the pictures were given on a memory stick which seems a little outdated? All in all would definitely recommend!

Pete and the crew were amazing! First timers for water rafting and felt extremely nervous but once they laid down the rules, taught us the need to knows and had a good laugh about things there were no nerves left! Had the best time and will definitely be doing it again😁 thanks team!!

Best Rotorua Rafting!

The guides here were so amazing, they all had great personalities and a lot of knowledge about the rivers and surrounding areas. It was an adventure and a lesson I'd love to repeat anytime. Great for families and adventurers alike, they'll help customize the experience for you. I couldn't recommend this company more!

So much fun

I had never been rafting before going on this tour. So I was a bit nervous before. But the guide made me feel safe at all time. Joking but professional at all time :) Definitely had a great experience and can’t recommend this company enough! We went on a early tour in the morning witch was GREAT because we had the river to ourselves ... later in the day is more company out and the river gets busy... just tips when you thinking of what time to book your tour.
