Hello Clare, thank you for your question. We have a dedicated toddler area and we also run toddler classes and activities on weekdays during term time. Toddlers can also use the carousel and dodgems with a parent and we have an outdoor area with sand and play houses.

I fully understood the original question and I assure you we have nothing to hide but it is not a simple question to answer. We never operate to the maximum capacity of the building, as I explained before, this is for the comfort and wellbeing of our guests. Every day is different and I wouldn't want to mislead you by giving you a farcical number. The operating capacity changes depending on the type of people, age of the children, how responsible parents are for their children. During wet weekends and school holidays we will be busier, as I'm sure you will find with any indoor attraction. Being a responsible business, we do restrict our numbers which can lead to operating a one in one out system and from some previous reviews you can see that customers can be frustrated with a queue to get in. A lesser business would no doubt continue to admit people to the full building capacity, cashing in. Hopefully this explains why I can't give you a magic number, which you seem to be fixated on. Thanks for your question. Our maximum capacity for health and safety reasons is very different to our maximum capacity that we operate in order for our customers to enjoy their visit. The visitors you refer to in your query have probably visited during a cold, wet weekend or school holiday when we sometimes have to operate a one in one out system. At peak times we advise calling ahead to ask about wait times for that day. If you prefer to visit during a quieter time, after school Monday - Friday or a weekday during term time if you have a younger child is the best time to come.
