To be honest with you it's probably right most pubs who allow dogs do have separate areas for dog and dog owners is because you have to think about other people who eat in the pub as well some people might be scared of dogs or might be allergic. some people might not like having animals near them scrounging for food whilst they eat you just don't know but I think it's a good thing that they allow dogs in the pub and put you in an area. Just be grateful that you're not sitting outside.. or just don't take your dog to the pub
