Yes, there are steps but there are also options for you not to have to use the steps, its quite steep though

No deffientley not for a 3 year old. The child is precious, too many steps.

There is plenty of car parking once you get up there and it is free to park. The road Up near the top Is very steep and narrow so take care but once up there, the views on A clear day are second to none. There used to be a lovely olde world pub up there which was great but it has been demolished now which is a shame. I don't think they even get an ice cream van up there now so take some drinks. You can have a good walk round. Enjoy

Yes prams can get access, but you would have to use the single track road that leads up from main road and be wary of the cars. It is quite steep and wouldn't recommend trying to push a wheelchair up it, unless you're super strong.

There is the main road at the bottom but is quite busy, there is then a rubble lay-by at the base of the hill but the main carpark is at the top of Castle Hill near the Victoria Tower. Parking is FREE

No unfortunately there isn't a cafe or any facilities now, since the old pub was demolished some years ago. To cut a long story short, the owners have applied for planning permission to build a new pub, but it's been refused, more than once. It's a very controversial subject locally and, although the majority of locals would like a pub or cafe to be opened again, there is a very vociferous group of people who are against it.
