Cheryl & Simon were so helpful & kind. The bikes were in excellent condition and were just right for the job in hand. Using their almost new electric bikes on the Monsal Trail has convinced us electric bikes are for us. The cost of hiring was very reasonable too

We hired e bikes for the day, and cycled down to and round Bakewell stopping at Monsal head as Longstone. And got those that enjoy them an adventure lab down the railway.
Anyway the e-bikes were fantastic, the cycle hire company very friendly and helpful- worth booking in advance though.

We rented bikes for the day to cycle the length of the Monsal Trail (and back again). This was really worth doing and an enjoyable experience, the viaducts, tunnels and scenery of the Trail are spectacular. The bikes themselves ran smoothly and the staff at the Hire were friendly and helpful.

We rung ahead to book bikes and they were all ready waiting for us to go straightaway saving time. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The bikes are comfortable to ride and in excellent condition. We’ll be back to hire again in the future. The trail itself is a really nice cycle ending up in Bakewell where we locked the bikes and headed in to town for fish and chips.

The gentleman running the shop was really caring for his customers and very passionate about his work too. The shop is in a prime location for the monsal trail also!! Thanks for also letting me use your pump and tyre levers, much appreciated 👍

We hired bikes from here on Bank Holiday Monday, all the guys were really helpful gave us all the information we needed. Unfortunately on the way back our 3 year old got soaked, the owner let us bring the car down, gave him a hot drink and a blanket to warm him up. We were very grateful and would 100% recommend going here to hire bikes😊 We will definitely be returning! The fact he went out his way to go above and beyond was amazing!

Had a fabulous trip along the monsail trail. The bikes were great and the owners were really helpful. The process was really easy and I am recommending to all of my friends and family. Thanks for a great day out.

Bikes were great and staff were wonderful! Highly recommended way to see peak district. Yummy food along the trail, too.

Excellent service. Friendly staff and a fantastic trip out to bakewell on the electric bikes. EBs made the 16 miles easy and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the trail.

Hi, Yes dogs are allowed on the trail.
We do have a doggy trailer to hire also £8.50 all day.
Please book in advance as we only have one doggy trailer for a small to medium dog. 01298 70838.

Hi we are driving from Yeovil and aiming to be at Buxton around 3 pm on 1 st June. Is that enough time to hire bikes and ride to Bakewell and back? What time do we have to return bikes? Ideally we would like to bring them back round 7pm .There are 4 adults , 2 tall men 6'3and 6'5
