TeamSport Basildon has a great two-level track that really challenges you! My 13 and 16 year olds loved their driving experience! Great karts and really helpful staff that give great tips and pointers on how to handle difficult aspects of the track - helping me to shave 2 seconds off my lap times!

Nothing wrong with going flat out on any part of the track, especially when it feels like I'm doing 100 mph when I'm really not.

Really good day and amazing track, well recommend and I have already booked to go again 👍🏻
This time I’m taking my younger child but the party experience was really good only improvement from me would be to include medals 🥇 within the party costing to make it more attractive.

I was black flagged twice for allegedly braking on a corner; I didn't crash into a car or a barrier, nor did I think I was braking or driving recklessly as I am not very competitive and just want to enjoy the experience for what it is. Each time, the steward spent a lengthy time telling me how to drive a kart and warning me, which used up time. Yet, a couple of drivers did bump me with no warning; they were regulars, I think, and they did apologise to me afterwards. I have been to another TeamSport venue and had no reprimands or problems.
Aside from going painfully slowly, I'm unsure what more I could have done to satisfy the stewards, or why I was particularly targeted. It spoiled the experience for me and my partner, who was going great guns around the track without an issue.
After the first time I was black flagged, I informed them that I am hearing impaired and found it very difficult to understand through my helmet. The second time, he was clearer, but seemed to take forever explaining things to me. I don't know whether there was a confusion between being hard of hearing and being stupid, although I am used to that. If that level of detail was needed, it should have been communicated in the induction at the beginning.

So much for the staff are all very professional and make sure your always safe but have fun been going for about 4 ish years and still can’t wait to go back would highly recommend to anyone who loves driving. Oh and the pizzas are also amazing 😘
