No the gates are closed and locked. Which 8s a great pity because closing time is 4 pm with gates being locked at 4.30. Those times apply to Summer too!

yes public transport train SOUTH line brings you to lytham station up the seps and down the road left turn from steps to the hall or a bus number 7 or 11 to Lytham from Blackpool town centre takes you to Lytham square you can walk from the square to Lytham Hall that's if you don't mind the walk or the hill - it is quite a walk from the main gate up the long drive to the Hall itself but it’s enjoyable on a sunny day if you don't mind the walk - if there is an event on at the Hall there is usually a bus that takes you up and back but that only if there is an event on the day you visit - its well worth the walk if your disabled you can drive up with your blue badge - hope this helps
