It was very comfortable and very open. The restrictions for Covid were adhered to. We really enjoyed the night as a whole.

Great local cinema. Clean, nice staff, comfy seats, snacks not that expensive for a finale.

Went to see 1917 this afternoon, matinee session, about 40 people in the cinema. We are lucky to have a quality cinema again in our town, as we didn't have one for many years. Anyway, 1917 was a wonderful film and deserves all its credits.
We were accompanied by our friends and our age group ranges from 63 to73. My point is this, yet again we are sitting in the most comfortable seats as all this cinema enjoys. It is always clean and tidy with very friendly staff, in fact it cannot be faulted....only by its customers...why do people have to throw all their rubbish on the floor and leave it to someone else to clean up.....why do younger people and yet again we evidenced this today, put their feet on the backs of the seats in front of them...I actually witnessed a guy having to ask those behind him to put their feet down. A guy next to me had his mobile phone on silent but was answering texts throughout the film and had his feet on the seat in front. These people do not deserve this facility and certainly do not appreciate it, and I am not a miserable old git who is always complaining..just an average person who appreciates the services that Cineworld Hinckley offers to us without the inconvenience of travel... we are so lucky... people of Hinckley look after your local cinema!!!

This cinema is always clean, tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any issues visiting this cinema.

If you absolutely have to see a film this place is ok just not to my taste. The reflective glittery foyer floor seems to give to many people a strange funny walk sensation. As cinemas go it is very expensive unless you are a member of their club. It's cheaper to travel to a neighbouring town and get a better experience into the bargain. I know a lot of people love this place but just not for me.

Sorry but do not really understand your question. There are lots of screens, and they have different levels of seating. i.e. executive seats which you pay more for, or the standard seats which are quite comfortable
