Hey, we can't spoil anything here. It was great fun. We all enjoyed the struggle of making our brains actually do some work. The initial view as we were locked in seemed sparse, but as we started to solve the riddles and puzzles here, the view there, cleverly expanded. Our Game-master, Simon, was brilliant, a godsend when needed....great seeing him slip into character, as we approached our room of doom......all very well done.

Great experience and great staff, Jess was great and really took on the acting well. Would highly recommend and will be going back to do another escape room.

The CSI escape room was the one we did, was a great time and our guide (Zoe) was absolutely smashing even though we weren't the best. Thanks for a great time. Will be back

Jess was amazing, she really made us feel we had a mission!! Amazing experience and my 11 year old Son loved it. Thank you Harlow panic room, and most of all thank you Jess!!!

Great experience though we were dire at completing it.
Loads of help from the gamemaster katana keeping an eye and probably having big giggles at how useless we were lol.
Will be back for other rooms soon.

Mitch was a superb games master. He sorted a booking issue without a fuss. He was friendly and personable as well as responsive to accessibility issues. We did the original panic room find the conspiracy which was a logical escape room of easy- intermediate level

A great case that we just managed to crack in the given time (with a little help from our host Ari). Lots of challenging clues that we had to piece together to find the culprits and we even managed to give Ari a little shock at the end! 😱😳😁😆

Hi there! The minimum age for the easy version of North Pole Panic is suitable for ages 6 plus if player with a family.
In general Escape Rooms aren't as suited to those as young as 4 as the concepts and puzzles solving can be very challenging for them.

They would be able to enjoy the experience and by themselves. I would recommend The Don or Old Father Time which are more suitable.

Hi Stuart, we would recommend either The Panic Room or The Tomb. All rooms are suitable but those two are probably better for her.
