As far as I know it is open 7 days a week, we’ve been on weekends (last time was mid September on a Saturday) and cafe, trains, row boats etc were all open and running.

Sorry but this is not a definite answer more of a guess but the boats almost certain open the train a bit doubtful as it’s a voluntary job for the summer months(I once saw it advertised) sorry I can’t be more helpful but be aware top car park is closed and so is the house because of filming

The boats are available in the warmer weather at weekends and school holidays, and have seen them during the week occasionally, but they don't hire out after around September until Easter time. I suppose they don't get the trade when the water is cold.
