We used team Reptiles a lot, buying our Mojave royal python from there, such a shame that it now appears closed, was such a good reptile shop, and leaves options now limited for reptile lovers.

We handled a huge python, saw a multitude of animals and it was better than some zoos we have been to. I ended up buying a tortoise and full kit! Great place worth visiting.

Visited on a number of occasions now, never ended up buying anything purely since I didn't have to but I wouldn't hesitate to buy supplies, livefood, or reptiles from the shop since it's practically perfect.
All animals look healthy, 'happy', and well cared for. All enclosures were clean and well maintained. The shop itself was very presentable with helpful signs, notes, and a separated area for supplies as to not obstruct the animals themselves.
One ever so minor complaint would be that there seemed too many staff for the shop. At the time we visited there were four or five staff standing chatting at the counter and only our group and another single customer so possibly overstaffed. Though I'm not sure if that's even a bad thing.

First visit into the stockton store which is very local to me so is ideal! As soon as you walk in the store it is very welcoming, clean and interesting which a lot of stores lack! The staff were lovely and had a lot of time to answer all our questions. All reptiles had excellent enclosures, it was clear to see that each and every one of them were cared for at a maximum effort. All handled and given time to tame! I have to say that this shop is a huge competition to others in the area and is going to put other reptile stores in the area out of business. Well done team reptiles! Excellent store!

WOW!! had my first visit here after being recommended by a friend and I will certainly use this shop from now on. Every animal looked happy in it's environment and all tanks looked immaculately clean. Staff very friendly and even got several animals out for me to hold. Well worth the drive and I'll definitely be back for my next reptile.

I love this shop, great staff and great atmosphere. The reptiles are lovely and the snake we purchased from there is in great condition and very active :)

Family friendly place and very educational for everyone.
Worth a trip out and their expertise is second to none in store.
They even cater for events and Kids Parties and offer boarding for exotics at fantastic rates

The 'proper' address is "383R Jedburgh Court, Team Valley Trading Estate" if you're googling or similar. However if you know/can find where Sainsbury's is then it's basically directly behind just across the road. Very hard to miss as there's several signposts when you're close.
It's free in the sense that there's no entry fee or anything like that. But you should realise that it is an actual shop, not a zoo or farm.
