Have used No.1 Lounge several times before so a suprise upgrade to the Clubroom lounge left us not knowing what to expect. We need not have worried, from start to finish a superb experience. An oasis of calm in the airport chaos, delicious food & drinks, all delivered to your chosen spot by attentive and cheerful staff. Special mention to Faye, who never let our glasses stand empty for long! And to Jude on reception for showing us around with such good humour for 6am!! We will definitely be back. 😊

Have to say, I’ve used quite a few lounges around the world and this one ranks on a par with the lounges you get flying in First.

Attentive and friendly staff, quiet, relaxed surroundings. Not overly full, unlike all the other lounges at Gatwick, how a lounge should be.

A premium product well worth paying for.

Where do I start ? Politeness with a smile from start to finish, comfy seats food and drinks,, and Dawn and Lily could not do enough for everyone. Rushed off their feet but still smiling - I could not ask for a better start to my trip.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Diana was particularly a standout, very helpful with information regarding the airport, and amazing service and very attentive. A much appreciated experience before my transatlantic flight. The cost was very much work it, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this lounge again for fufutr travels.

Very unpleasant

Very disappointed with the service, the food was exceptional, 👍well done to the chef ,but the drinks service disappointing. we asked the waitress (Diana) to serve us but it seems she ignored us, it's unpleasant that a lounge like this with table service doesn't take care of the guests. sad .
