Visited here today with friends and we couldn’t believe the price of the food. For a soft play it was so expensive. The prices on the website don’t match the food prices in the soft play. It cost us £12 to get in for two children aged 2 and 4.
Once inside you aren’t allowed to take your own food or drink. For two kids lunches (sandwich,2 snacks and a drink) and a chicken, bacon wrap with a few crisps and salad and a can of drink £7.50) in total cost me between £17.50 and £18. I can’t remember the exact amount as I threw the change in my purse in disbelieve of the price!!
The soft play is very clean and well set out I just don’t think I would return because the price of the cafe!

Grandparent duties on a cloudy morning meant an indoor venue would be the best choice. This proved to be a very good decision as both kids in our care for the day had the most brilliant time here. Our participation was limited to watching them take full advantage of the facilities. Also the cleanliness of Tiny Tumblers & the lovely staff on site contributed to our great morning there. The cafe is also a welcome addition as it caters for tots as well as Americano & bacon sandwich tastes.

After going here weekly before and since lockdown lifted. I have had nothing but praise for this place and reccomened to multiple people. However after today, I will not be going back. This morning i booked a play session to be contacted by NHS 10 minutes later to say we needed to isolate due to my daughter needing to go into hospital for an MRI to rule out a brain abnormality and needed general Anaesthetic. I rang them straight away and kindly asked could we re book or have a credit. Abserloutly disgusted by the customer service I received . Who ever I spoke to was rude, unsympathetic and ended our phone call abruptly when I was mid conversation. Didnt even try to resolve the situation. Most other soft plays have been sympathetic, and would offer a refund even if your displaying symptoms of covid. You clearly don’t care. I book soft play with you weekly and have had my sons party with you. To receive such poor customer service and care, I’m really disappointed and actually angry with the customer service I received. I have contacted you via Facebook to which you have not responded. Very disappointed!!!! Customer service.....who ever dealt with my query needs to be re trained 😡. Will not be returning as a result!!

More than twice the price & not half as good as Dragon's Den, our next nearest soft play. Also if you're sat at the tables, you cannot see your children. I found this particularly stressful as they do not like you to move around much, making it uncomfortable to check on them regularly enough. As with the entry fee, I found the food & drinks more expensive than standard soft plays. I felt like I was being charged for something premium, something more than your average soft play., but in reality, it's not as good as most others I've been to. I found the man working there very abrupt & not very welcoming. Best thing about the place was the lovely waitress. She could teach the bosses a thing or two about customer service. I won't be returning.

I used to go here all the time with my first born, and towards the end, the place had started to look tired. Had hoped that they would have shown it some TLC, but instead they have taken their position for granted. The sensory style room for the young ones has gone, along with the ride on bugs. Instead sofas, and toys most would have at home, are now in this area. It has an age guideline of up to age 7, but I would say it doesn't offer much for children over age 5. Teas, coffee, etc of average price (£2.20 for a latte) the food prices are not so good value. Which is a shame, as the bacon sarnies here used to be fantastic! Definitely not in a hurry to visit again, if ever. Would rather travel a little further afield....

Visited Tiny Tumblers with our minded children on recommendation from family who use the facility. Found it very clean and staff very welcoming.
Tiny Tumblers caters for young babies and children up to the age of 7. There is a great variety of soft play equipment and a designated play area for mums and young babies to interact.
Would highly recommend a visit.

Had a great time there with my granddaughter and my sister with her granddaughter, the staff where friendly lots of equipment’ a great sing along session which we all enjoyed ! Very clean lovely food.

Visited here for the first time yesterday and my daughter (18 months) loved it! Perfect for her age as she was able to do everything! She loved the slides and the little football pitch as she is football mad! Staff were also friendly 😊

Go here quite regular with my daughters and they absolutely love the place they never stop they live everything that’s here and there is so much for them to play with and staff are amazing and always happy

We were invited to a 2y old's birthday party there earlier this week. The little guests were between the ages of 2 and 6 and they all had a great time ! The 'party' room is lovely; very well decorated, with balloons, wall paintings, ceiling lights, a ball pit, a little kitchen and small ball court. The actual softplay is very well designed and there is a smaller, open room with giant legos and plenty to keep babies entertained. The party food was great, the children (and parents) loved it and the staff were very friendly. My friends booked this party with a '£5 a head' special offer, as advertised at the time. My understanding is that they had a bit of trouble with the booking; the man who onws the place was not too keen on actually applying the special offer. But it the end he saw sense and the children had a lovely time !
