We hired two electric bikes for 3 hours and they were in good condition and made light work of the steep hills. The batteries held their charge well and had plenty of charge left by the end even after using turbo mode a lot.
The lad who showed us how they worked gave us some good tips on exploring the trails and showed us the best routes to use on the map.
Tip: We brought our own gel seat covers which made the ride more comfortable (I'll never understand why serious cyclists seem to like a rock hard saddle).

how disgusting to charge to drive through a forest nothing in thornton to tell you its a toll road, just another organisation making the toursists pay, we wont be conned.

Turned up intending to ride my hardtail round the red route, then decided I’d like to try an emtb. So popped in to the shop where they were obviously very busy and asked if they could accommodate me. Turned out they could, Reuben explained how to use the bike thoroughly a d I had an awesomely enjoyable time around the red route, zooming up climbs in a manner I never have before!

Absolutely excellent service from the cycle hub.
We hired electric bikes on 2 days and they kindly threw in the trail map for free.
If you hire for 3 hrs, you can pick when you want to take the bikes out so we moved our booking to earlier on the second day due to the weather forecast. The party got a bit lost on the way back and were late dropping off, but the staff were understanding.
The electric bikes are expensive to hire but our party said they were a game changer for a day out and as they are so expensive to buy, I guess the rental price is fair enough for a good quality bicycle.

Arrived at Daley Forest with a plan to go on a wheelchair accessible walk. Unfortunately our chair frame broke before we started. Called in at the bike shop on the off chance they could do something. The guys were amazing. They managed to cut down a price of old bike frame and make a repair. They refused to take any cash even though they spent a considerable time helping us. They were very friendly and relaxed while solving the problem. Great job. Many thanks bike team

Crank arm had fallen off my bike, took it into the cycle hub and the guys couldn’t have been better, supplied a new crank arm bolt and sorted it out in no time at all, they didn’t even charge me for it…..highly recommended A++++¥¥

So much fun!! But we did get a flat tyre 4 or so miles into the trail, however the amazing gent at the cycle hub came out to us on bike and swapped out the broken one mid trail meaning we could finish the 22 mile all round - we are massively greatful and will 100% be returning very soon!

First time back at Dalby after living up in Scotland and I wasn't disappointed! The guys at Dalby Cycle Hub sorted me out with a bike (after some good chat about how Orange are the best!) and were super helpful with offers to take a look at my bike which I knew needed some work. Friendly staff made me feel like a local and had a blast on the trails. Can't wait to be back :)

I managed to lose a bolt that secures my rear brake caliper. Ride would have been over but the hub provided a replacement free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service. 5 stars.

Arrived today for a ride and had the lads in the hub look at my bike as I had some rear clattering, bearings shot, they replaced my bearings for me and got me bike out riding, not all heroes wear capes, top lads top service, a credit to the hub! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
