Lovely ice cream only spoiled by the rudest, grumpiest woman ever, (daughter of owners)….
Try to go when the older lady or gentleman are serving, as they are so nice, but their dark haired daughter is plain miserable and incredibly rude. She is the same on every time we’ve visited.
Totally spoils the enjoyment!

I recently visited Granelli's and would like to say what a lovely experience it was. There is such a choice of flavours to choose from that it take a while to pick which one you want, but the staff are patient and helpful.
They arw always jolly and th atmosphere there is also very pleasant. I would highly recommend going to Granelli's for their beautiful ice cream and their wonderful service.

I've been to Granellis this week to buy a tub of my favourite salted caramel ice cream. The staff are always friendly, welcoming with ready smiles. I've been going here for over 30 years and it's the best ice cream in the North West. Here's to many more visits.

I had just read a review on here saying that the staff were rude and I thought perhaps people were being a bit sensitive , I’ve been a few times and didn’t experience this.
However, I just visited and a very rude woman was serving, it was as though she hated her job and wanted to make everyone else’s life a misery! There was no queue but she clearly just wanted me to leave and she made the experience so negative… made me feel guilty for even eating the ice cream. I won’t be going back whilst she is working there haha!

Lovely, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The ice cream is lovely too. We have been frequent visitors to the shop and look forward to our next visit.

Granelli's make the best ice cream going! Beats the supermarkets hands down.Staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Great selection of ice creams flavours . Available in both 1L and 2L tubs. The bonus you can actually see the products being made whilst you wait! Definitely worth a visit and a welcome treat!

Within a minute of coming in, while browsing their products, they rushed and pressured us to make our order because there was a queue and after paying we ate our ice cream a few metres away from the entrance and one of the rude staff asked as to move because we were blocking the queue area despite no one being there. Me and my partner felt very discriminated, I don’t know if it was due to the bad customer service but the ice cream wasn’t even that good.

Paid a visit to grannellis today so nice to see a friendly face after lockdown great service really cheered me up after dull few days great service great product well worth a visit

Seriously rude woman serving today. Got a dirty look as soon as we walked in and we were made to feel very unwelcome. She told my son off for looking in one of the fridges! It's an ice cream parlour, he's a child, surely this is something you should expect?? She clearly couldn't wait for us to leave. Very poor experience, won't be returning.
